Outstanding service and excellent cuisine! Steaks & salmon were cooked perfectly! The Lexingtonian salad was superb! My daughter said she should have opted for the fries rather than the mashed potatoes, they were not as thick as she prefers. Sushi rolls were on point! Our waiter was attentive- never waiting for a drink refill and dirty plates cleared immediately! Oh, and don’t forget dessert! Took it to go because we were full but reheated nicely!

I would not say this a place I could or would likely frequent for meals, as it’s a bit pricey for me. But I think a lot of folks do, and I see the appeal! The service is truly wonderful, and I’ve been in a few times recently and it’s been consistent regardless of the crowd. Over the years the Palomar location seems to have great staff.
I feel like the vibes, price, and food fit the neighborhood. Lots of options and a rotating seasonal menu. I appreciate the many seafood and veggie options-the seasonal lobster minis are truly amazing.

Food is pretty good nothing special about it. The bluegrass chicken is good , the mushroom sauce is salty. The calamari is decent a bit rubbery, the Lexingtonian salad, I was expecting it to be better but it’s just a salad. Anyway I like Malone’s ill be coming back maybe..

Went here for our anniversary last night. My first visit to any Malone’s. I’m not used to such a nice restaurant tbh. This was a special occasion, and our sever Renee, went above and beyond to celebrate us and make us feel special. She answered questions we had about the food- I had no clue what a Lexingtonian was- but I do now, and it was fabulous. I substituted Honey Mustard dressing in place of the ranch and it was delicious. She brought out a chilled plate- which I didn’t know was a thing- made all the difference with my salad. My boyfriend’s salad came out with a hair in it, she didn’t hesitate to rectify the situation and apologized. The only negative for me was that it was very cold in the restaurant and the wait times were long. I understand that though, it’s Friday, they are busy, food takes time to cook, etc. with each course brought out, she was so kind and sweet. Taking time to check on us in between. She explained she had an assistant-I think his name was John- he was very attentive as well, even boxing up our leftovers for us. Renee gave us a free dessert since it was our anniversary. We left with many leftovers-enough for another meal. My boyfriend really enjoyed his burger and seasoned fries. I got the 10oz sirloin but couldn’t eat much of it due to filling up on other food. I’m giving this a 4.8 because of the freezing cold temperature inside the restaurant. Everything else was amazing.

Great place! You get such a great quality of food and service for the price. Everything tasted amazing and our server- DJ- was very attentive. Overall a wonderful lunch experience- and we added a dessert to go. We will be back and might even make it a regular spot.
With all of that said, the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the automated receptionist. I called the night before to try and figure out when brunch was over and after a few minutes of getting nowhere, had the agent chuckle (I imagine to make it sound more personal) and then let me know it might just be better if I call back later. I asked to speak to a person, but it interrupted to let me know it would be better if we stopped talking and hung up on me.
I’m fairly sure it was a decision-tree agent and not agentic, but either way it left me incredibly frustrated. I’m glad I decided to risk it and schedule a reservation anyway as everything was incredible from the moment we stepped in.

A wonderful evening all around. We were greeted by a wonderful host and seated quickly. Stephanie took care of us. She’s by far the best server we’ve had, we’ve been coming since the location opened. Originally, I had a taste for the Filet Medallions, but Stephanie spoke so highly of the New York Strip. Her recommendation, like her service, was spot on. She kept our drinks refreshed and was very attentive. Another table of hers overheard us talking about her and chimed in, agreeing how wonderful she made their experience. When we come back, we will always request Stephaine!!

We stopped in here randomly since our originally intended restaurant was too busy. We were all pleasantly surprised. Service was great. Food was much better than expected albeit we didn’t know what to expect. An absolute do again for a casual, no pressure fun atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious meal, from the twin fillet steaks with blue cheese crumbles, to the Mexican street corn side (slight kick aka heat). We were told they had “better” cuts and than the steak I chose, but it was tender and absolutely the best steak I’d had in a long while. I ended with their doughnut bread pudding which I normally would never choose as I prefer fruit based desserts…but it also was delightful. A lovely evening! They only small reduction in rating was due to loudness of room in restaurant.
