I used to stop by here and enjoy the food. However this time was severly different and disappointing. My order was significantly smaller and way less arrange of toppings, then a burrito I ordered without cheese and sour cream was filled with just refried beans, no meat. My order was expensive for mainly just refried beans.

There Chorizo Breakfast burritos used to be a staple of Airway heights and the military base personal. They cheap out now and changed the recipe. The puddle of grease and fat and the deep red interior that was a signature has sadly now been exchanged for a 10 dllr bean and potato burrito with a hint of egg and chorizo. Vote with your wallet.

Mwah, the food. This location is my favorite, out of the Spokane and Airway locations. The food is consistent across several visits at different times of day. The staff are professional and quick to help and to serve their food. The service isn’t over and beyond, but that’s nothing to be upset about, they make food, and it’s amazing food. The inside of the store is small, and nothing really stands out, but again, not a complaint. They have outdoor seating, which is sturdy, and cleaned well.
Overall, it’s not a “looker”, it’s great food, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve never felt bad giving them my money.

The service at this location has gone downhill. Taco Tuesday tacos are cheap and the tacos reflect that, no shame in that if that is your jam. The staff are not very friendly at all, no smile, no thank you, just unhappy looking people.
Service through the drive through is horrendously long. I can go down the road and get side tacos for a few cents more that are loaded with meat, sit down in a restaurant and get my tacos faster than the drive through at Atilano’s.

I stopped by and tried it for the first time. The taste is just average Mexican fast food. The meat is well-cooked, but there are few vegetables, and the guacamole is too watery, making the overall flavor a bit greasy. Also, it doesn’t have my favorite jalapeño slices, which makes the flavor feel like it’s missing something.

Honestly, really disappointed. Drove in Sunday morning at 940am. Ordered 4 burritos, a side of beans and some rolled tacos. After over 20 minutes waiting at the drive through window, I get asked to move forward and park because the kitchen was too backed up. There was not a single person in the lobby, and there was one car behind me. At 25 minutes, my food comes out, and it’s wrong. Comes out again, with no side of beans. It is insane to wait nearly 30 minutes for some burritos, and if I hadn’t already paid I would have left.

12/31 6 pm. Ordered 2 Atilanos burritos. Got home and got some abodabo burritos. Went back. Drive thru lady argued with me and said she said abodabo or whatever it is. Don’t care lady, I said Atilano’s 3-4 times. Get your hearing checked and learn how to do customer service. She wouldn’t even give me a drink for driving 20 extra minutes and my other food getting cold due to her mess up. Do not go.
