It’s simply my own personal opinion on the taste of their pickles. They taste a lot like a raw cucumber as opposed to a dill pickle. Again that’s my personal preference I like a dill pickle to taste like it actually has more deal to it than theirs have. Otherwise the place was very nice service is always excellent I use the drive-through and the food was good beyond the pickles

At this steak ‘n Shake, you order from a person and not a kiosk. The service was very good and so was the food. This was my first time having the beef tallow fries and they are delicious. We will definitely make the drive to this steak ‘n Shake again.

I was served literally cold chili Mac. Furthermore it seems like maybe they make the chili sauce at the store because the taste was overbearing of Worcestershire sauce. I know this is an ingredient, but SNS chili Mac is a go-to for me and I’ve never been able to specifically pick out that condiment. Furthermore they had no parmesan? What kind of operation is going on here? My wife’s food was just as bad, she got the garlic burger and her food was served so cold that the garlic butter sauce had solidified back into firm cold “whirl spread”. Absolutely disgusting and I didn’t even try hers.
We unfortunately had to stop in Tupelo for a few days, and we experienced the same quality everywhere. From Outback to SNS to our Wyndham hotel. Everything here is sub par and the reviews are well beyond anything any of these businesses deserve which shocked the heck out of my wife and I.
I would avoid this area in particular if you don’t have to come here. The fact people are so happy with the quality of life here tells you how desensitized as people they are. What the heck happened to America? Where do they keep finding you people at?

The burger was okay, fries cold. Charged for Chili Mac I didn’t receive.
Lady in drive through was took the previous order fine.
Repeated multiple times and tried to add second combo that was not ordered.
Almost 1/2 the cost of my meal not recieved.
Tried calling 3 times to see if I could go back to pick up my Chili Mac, no response.

Last time I came was back in 2022. I gave it a 2 stars because of poor experience. But I decided to give it another chance for lunch after church and I say it was a whole lot better. Our waiter was a really nice guy and has a sense of humor. My garlic steak burger was delicious and their banana shake was good too. I hope they keep up the good work.

What a bizarre experience at a new location. Their dining room closes at 7 so coming in at 10 after I had to use the drive through. There were 2 employees in the dining room sitting at a table and a young man standing at the register talking with a guest for the entirety of the five minutes I was there. When I tugged in the door he gave me the throat slash gesture which I figured out meant the dining room was closed.
My food only took three minutes after I ordered which wasn’t bad. And my burger was hot but light on pickles and onions. But the big problem were the fries. You have banners at the site and tons of media pumped into your beef tallow fries effort. But they were so old and cold they would have been just as awful had they been boiled in water.
Good grief. A menu ingredient is not just pointless when you ignore the basics. It delivers an even greater sense of expectation failure and completely destroys your message.
Please. Stop. Selling. 20 minute. Cold. Fries.

Food was delicious. Good service. Got the single Steakburger with cheese combo & single Steakburger with bacon/cheese combo. One with onion rings & one with fries. Fries were awesome. They were the shoestring type & perfectly seasoned. They do need to be eaten when fresh & hot. Same with the onion rings. They were good as well. The burgers had a very nice grilled taste. The buns have a tad of sweetness which was perfect with the salty burger. Not a long wait through drive thru. Easy to access. Turn as if you are going to Tru by Hilton. Then the lot is immediate left. Plenty of parking. Lot is free of rough patches & holes. Very smooth which is nice. Absolutely no complaints or issues. Cost of both combos with drinks approximately $19.

Me & my family went in to have a meal & had the worse experience not even from the team members but from the bad built manger her self. The worst part was us saying we were missing something and when the item was brought to the table it was slammed followed by a eye roll. Her team member had to apologize on her behalf for her terrible customer service. The gentleman, whom I am unsure of his name, working was amazing and deserves every blessing coming his way.

Horrible…unfortunately is what sums this location up. The kid that greeted us simply said “Steak n shake”. While trying to decide he kept saying, “steak n shake, steak n shake” Very rude feller. Then after picking each meal, “what else, what else..” terrible experience. Then there’s the food… We order 1 shake. Mine was supposed to be a oreo shake. Ya know one of the reasons people like going to steak n shake for is the shakes lol. It actually was a cup filled with half a cup full of vanilla, a couple pathetic blobs of whip and a few specs of oreo crumbs. The 4 burgers were thrown in with 4 fries all piled on a few napkins. The napkins did their job of soaking up all the grease before they were able to be used. All in one bag for 4 meals. Traveled through from driving 5 hrs to get a decent meal. This is what $40 gets you at this location.

I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions of the new Steak n Shake in Tupelo so I decided to try for myself. I had a great experience here, the service time was great and the food was great! I do personally think that the parking is to crowded and the building is to small to be able to hold the amount of people that the parking lot can hold. Other than that everything was wonderful! I’ll be back!
