Service is beyond slow, ridiculously slow, wait for 5-10 minutes to order, wait about 10 or so minutes for them to take your cash/card, and then have to wait an extra 5-15 minutes for fries that should have been consistently put down as you see your getting busy. Fast food nowadays have turned into half hour waits. Quite ridiculous

We dont eat a ton of fast food, so it took a minute to decide what to get. The staff was patient and informative. We got kids meals. Great value for what we paid. The food was hot and fresh. We both got burgers. We are used to getting more toppings on our burger, but for the price we were satisfied with our order. Would love to have a STEM based toy vs just a plastic toy that is not interactive and will end up in the garbage dump. We will stop here again when looking for a quick meal.

I order through the drive-thru and the burger i ordered was cold, not even a little warm, completely cold. I was back on the highway before I opened it. The young man that gave me my order was kind, but got reprimanded from another employee who thought he had made a mistake, which he had not. It was very unprofessional.

This location used to be my favorite but after being out of their last “normal” sauce for over a week and now I placed an online order to get food for my son and they are out of nuggets? No refund, either an I owe you or something else … So now my husband gets to eat whatever they give him and I get to move onto plan B on short notice.

So disappointed. First i waited 20 minutes minutes in the drive through just to order. The last 3 times I’ve got wendys I’ve asked for no lettuce and each time my burger still came with shredded lettuce. No receipt is given to even attempt to prove it as incorrect on the staffs end of simply not paying attention. I do check the order screen to make sure it’s put in correctly. I believe the fountain diet coke needs replaced as it was flat and tasted very watery. And also there was no napkins in the bag. My chicken nuggets were cold. The fries however were both warm and delicious.

Only ones in the drive thru sat there for 10 minutes before they had us pull up to a door while the young workers inside were screwing around and joking instead of getting our food ready! Very unprofessional and the manger was right in on the screwing around also! Will not be going back!

Waited for 25 minutes, with a group of people waiting at the register, I watched 7 employees standing around doing nothing. No one took a single order. Everyone had on headsets and no one was doing anything real the entire time I watched one order get filled. I normally go to this location several times a week, and now will take my business elsewhere.

One of the worst Wendy’s in the entire city. Do NOT go here 3rd shift, you will wait 20 mins just for a a single combo. No matter what, avoid this Wendy’s at all costs.

Sitting here right now. They are extremely busy but the manager is doing a great job. The staff is doing great even with one walking out on them. Only negative is that my husband didn’t not get bacon on his number 7.

I had rated this Wendy’s a 5 in the past and now back for a 3 star review now. The food is good don’t get me wrong but the speed of the drive thru is terrible. They are not fooling anyone either. They take an order while making all the other cars wait while the car they did takes gets through and leaves then they take another order. They are not understaffed either. Morning is fine but the afternoon staff take way less customers to lighten their work load and losing business to the company.
