Halloween Night. Waited 20-25 mins in drive thru to receive this spicy royal chicken sandwich just cold & raw not done. Pulled too early. I got my money back; but definitely thrown off from this careless mistake. Check your food always before pulling off!!! I could have ended up in hospital or anyone. Not to bash but definitely have to be more careful & cautious.

They sent the wrong order twice, back to back. Not to mention everything that was fried was burnt. The second dasher couldn’t speak English so when I calld him while he was still at the Burger King he was afraid to answer the phone. I called Burger King and supposedly spoke with a manager. The guy sounded like he had just woken up. He said “I just got back in the building and I dont know what happened.” Terrible experience all together. I think it’s time for our family to take a break from fast food and door dash all together. Oh yeah, door dash didnt give us a compete refund for some unknown reason either even though we did nothing wrong. Now lm stuck with a $29 dollar door dash credit and I don’t want to order anything. Just terrible.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Horrible, undercooked, soggy food. And when you try to call to get it replaced, you’re met with the rudest interaction you’ve literally ever experienced, by management no less. I literally got yelled at that shes “too busy”. She’s too busy?? A fast food manager is too busy to help assist paying customers?? If this is the type of people that Burger King employ and actually promote to management, on top of giving people just absolutely gross food, and then won’t even replace it properly?…They are basically just stealing our money at this point. My “replacement order” was just as nasty and soggy and undercooked as the first two times. At that point i just threw it away and took my money elsewhere. Do Not go to this Burger King unless you’re into being treated very poorly by “management”, and eating some really nasty food. Just in case anyone from Burger King wants to investigate, the manager I had the extreme displeasure of having to deal with was on Friday October 24th of 2025 at around 6:20pm EST at East Raymond location, and is a woman with brown curly hair. I will not be going back to this location, and most likely just avoid Burger King all together after these awful experiences.

My gf went here for breakfast this morning. We got biscuits and gravy . Gravy has no flavor. To much water in it . The cinnamon rolls were raw don’t know how that happen all u have to do is put them in the oven with a timer . Burritos suck. We’re not even breakfast people this messed it up for us .

Work 3rds and came here on my day off at about 2am. There were 2 other cars in the drive-thru so we waited for 15 minutes. No one was there and even tried calling. Location says 24hr but they’re not. Hours need changed if they aren’t going to follow them. Waste of time and gas.

This place is supposed to be fast food, but honestly, the service is incredibly slow and the lines are incredibly long. If they don’t have competent staff for this type of business, they should replace them because you waste so much time here, and on top of that, the service is often rude.

Went through drive thru, lady was snippy and didn’t listen. I said no mayo or tomato didn’t put it on the screen and when I tried to ask about it she just said “I got it” before I could even finish my question. Terrible service, never coming back again.
