We hit this place occasionally and it’s always good compared to the other places around. My guy always remembers us at lunch time which is cool.
No more Jalapeño cheddar sliders tho?
Gotta love that Alabama sweet tea!
The place is clean too, gotta love a clean bathroom as well.

Went inside to order only two sandwiches. Service was quick, food was great and the manager Aaron and the other employee working had a great camaraderie and had me laughing hysterically. I would go back to this Arby’s for the entertainment alone.

Restaurant and restrooms were clean. It was 4 for $10 for the regular roast beef. We had to wait for more roast beef to be made as they kept selling out. Manager was friendly.

It’s Arby’s guys. Probably better off getting a Chicago Beef sandwhich. I got the Classic Beef which was OK, better when slathered in Arby’s sauce. Wife got the Beef n Cheddar, she liked it. Solid and tasty. Their curly fries are still top notch tho. If you just need to eat something, hit this place up. If you need to be filled with goodness, take 5 more min to eat somewhere.

As I was driving past I saw a sign that said $2 for seven beef n cheddar. I went to the drive-through and asked for it and they said that it was two for $7, not $2. I believe that I saw the sign incorrectly and continue to order a fish sandwich as I was going back to my destination I looked back and saw the sign that I thought I saw which was $2 for seven beef n cheddar. I decided to turn back around and go into the restaurant I was called a liar. I told a woman that she should go outside and look at the side herself and she did as with the manager. After the two women saw the sign they apologized and said the manager did it. I Ask them if can I still get that deal because that’s what made me stop into Arby’s and they said no. They said they couldn’t do it and it was the owner’s mistake. Not taking my information so I could speak to the owner directly they proceeded to get smart. I also screenshot the sign! It was disrespectful.

This is a horrible location. The customer service is horrible from the management down. The manager should be fired you can not teach good customer service if you do not have that skill yourself. As far as quality poor would be giving them a compliment. They never have anything in stock and what they do have should never be sold to anyone. This is what Arby’s puts out in the community. The management at this location is garbage and so is the food they push in the community.

This place is a joke the employee’s girlfriend is sitting in the place eating. But they have both the doors lock and won’t let anybody in the building at 6:50 p.m.. Looks like my daughter and me will be going to the Arby’s in Reynoldsburg or maybe Church’s Chicken in the same parking lot.

Food was good, I was kind of excited to see a sign for the chicken salad sandwich up today August 28th so I asked about it only to be told they haven’t had it for months and that it’s not his job to remove the sign it’s Management’s job. Management proceeded to count the drawer in front of the whole line that was standing behind me… the older gentleman that was at the cash registers taking all the orders and also expected to put the orders together while the other employee is sitting at a table in the lobby with all of the managers home boys who are also located outside in the parking lot… when everything started to get busy and the older gentleman that was working the cash register started getting the orders together the manager continued to stay busy not paying the line any attention. Then when one of the guests asked for his help with something or seeing if something could be hurried up he of course asked his cashier who is expected to do everything to come and help the lady or to get his fingerprint in order to proceed. We later than heard him disrespecting the older gentleman as the older gentleman was kind of pleading with him to do a better job of being a manager. It was disappointing and really disheartening to witness this stature of unprofessionalism. We didn’t expect much choosing to go to a fast food restaurant but we did expect customer service especially from management. There was none. And it was truly disgusting.
Still truly grateful for the Arby’s brand that created the curly fries and the famous beef and cheddar with the Arby’s sauce that was the reason I came here today and I got exactly what I asked for but they did not have cherry turnovers another disappointment but not too big of a deal.
