Typically my experiences are very well and the young lady who serviced me is always very sweet. but within my past couple of experiences , it seems that a manager who( i have no idea who her name is) is very skinny, with glasses, is intimidating and being rude to not only the staff but to customers as well. I do wish the staff luck with her because it seems very tedious and strict!

Even on large orders, the service here is very efficient! Even during the typical “lunch hour”, I can usually walk in and walk out with my food in less than a minute!
They always get my order right, they pack my food in a way that ensures it will not be damaged or spilled in transit, and their staff members are always polite! The food isn’t five-star cuisine, but it manages to be filling and tasty while still managing to sit comfortably on a very tipsy stomach!
Would I bring a special someone here on a first date? Probably not. Will I come back here in the future when I’m planning to drink the night away? (or the day, I don’t judge!) Probably!

Service was horrible at the intercom. Then when I get to the window the lady who was rude had someone else hand us our food while she stood at the far side of the window with her back to me. My food was cold, old and stale. Very disappointed $22.00 wasted. I want my money back. I couldn’t even eat the food
It is now 10.46 and my food is in the trash.

Ordered the steak dipping burritos. They tasted good but didn’t know they only come in mini size. Come on Taco Hell. Do better. The service was good, but the floor was super sticky.

I was there around 7:10pm at 1/6 and they took forever just to take my order. I was at the drive thru speaker for 12 minutes! I understand it might be busy but that is completely unacceptable. Also the workers were just standing there inside doing nothing, maybe some teamwork would help them or better people.

I placed a mobile order at 620 please tell me why I got in line and waited 40 minutes just to get to the speaker to wait another 15 minutes to get my food that I waited another 10 minutes for. Please hire more people and do better, nothing but respect for fast food workers I understand they go through a lot of public service but man yall need to do better.

Ordered through doordash a Crunch Supreme with add bean, extra sour cream, and add jalapeño, a Beefy 5 layer with add pico de gallo, add lettuce and jalapeño, and a beef taco supreme. Lets just say none my ordered items came with any vegetable at all except the jalapeño. I also paid extra for the add ons. Very disappointed. I probably wouldn’t be too disappointed if I weren’t charged extra to add on but I was. Literally got only cheese, beef, sour cream and jalapeño. That’s it.

I sat in line for 12 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. When I finally get to order. I am ask hold until they complete the car in front of me. 4 people working and they are struggling. Took 20 minutes total to get a #6 meal and cinnamon twist.

This taco was SO SLOW. Placed a drive through mobile order. There was two cars in front of us and maybe 4 people inside. Well the people got sat and recorded their food. STILL they were not taking drive throughs orders. So we parked and went inside and as soon as we did that, no one would come to the front. Waited 10 more minutes just for someone to come talk to us. MIND YOU we placed a mobile order enough for two people. (Around 7 dollars)Plus they drive through is still backed up so we can’t even pull out due to the parking lot lay out.

Food was warm at best after a 5 minute drive home. Manager or whomever was running the window on 09/08 night crew at 10 pm was rude to me for no reason at all. Then I asked for mild sauce and she forgot it. Everytime I go to this location they either mess my food up or it takes 45 minutes to go through the drive thru. I won’t be back after this time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
