Came by for lunch yesterday looking for something quick and easy, so we didn’t have high expectations going in. The place has a typical bar-restaurant vibe—slightly dark and a bit outdated, but comfortable enough for a casual meal.

The food was just okay. The wings could’ve used more seasoning, and the sweet potato fries were disappointing—I didn’t go back for a second bite. The mac and cheese tasted like artificial Velveeta, which wasn’t for me. My turkey burger was fine, and my husband said the ribs were decent.

Out waitress was nice and helpful.
Overall, not terrible, but not somewhere we’d rush back to.

Had the pleasure of taking the wife and kids out to this place for the first time last Saturday and boy did we not regret it! To start, the service was spectacular from the moment we stepped in. We were seated almost immediately when we had the pleasure of meeting the waitress named Bella. She was very helpful in helping us pick the drinks by allowing us to try the ones we were interested in and was consistently attentive. The food was AMAZING and I definitely would recommend trying their wings!!

If you’ve been to one croxley’s, it’s safe to say you’ve been to them all. Other than some differences in the decor, you get pretty much the same vibe from all the locations. This one seemed a bit dim, and a bit noisy but this is typical Friday after work sports bar energy. Friendly and attentive staff, wall to wall tv’s and very crowded. The wings were both crunchy & cooked to perfection, and the names suited the sauces perfectly. The waffle fries were pretty good. The Poboy sandwich on the other hand, left my taste buds screaming in disappointment to say the least. The sandwich came adorned with about 8 to 10 quarter size would be shrimp, that tasted like they came straight out of a box, 3 parts batter 1 part shrimp. I was born in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, but I’ve eaten poboy sandwiches in many different restaurants at many different locations and this is my far the worst one I’ve ever had.

**5-Star Review: Croxley’s Ale House – Rockville Centre (RVC) is the Ultimate Spot!**

If you’re looking for the perfect combo of killer food, top-notch service, and an unbeatable game-day vibe, **Croxley’s in Rockville Centre** delivers every single time. I’ve hit up multiple Croxley’s locations across Long Island, and they all shine with amazing service and consistently delicious food — but the RVC spot takes it to another level with its massive wall-to-wall TV setup and spacious open floor plan that’s made for games and good times.

The environment is always lively and fun — whether it’s packed for a big game or just a casual night out, the energy is electric without feeling overwhelming. Shoutout to the incredible staff who keep things running smoothly: they bus out those legendary wings hot and fresh, and the drinks keep flowing without missing a beat. The wings are some of the best around — crispy, saucy, and perfectly paired with a cold craft beer from their huge tap selection.

Whether you’re catching the game with friends, grabbing a quick bite, or settling in for the night, Croxley’s RVC is hands-down one of the best spots on Long Island. Highly recommend — 10/10, will be back again and again!

One of the largest beer selections on the strip in Rockville center.

The wings are amazing and go great with a beer and a Football game or any of your favorite sports.

If you arent in the mood for wings, the menu is loaded with flavorful options.

I been coming here recently because of the food and the convenience but the service is just unpleasant. You either have the older bartender who always has an attitude like her doing her job is an issue, or you have the young ones who don’t know what they’re doing or any knowledge about beers. Also I find it really strange that they say they have their own beer the “croxley blonde” when its literally rolling rock. Told by the bartender herself. Tastes identical.

You usually can’t go wrong with croxley’s. One thing that disappoints me though is wings with little to no sauce or that come room temperature. Sometimes they have a habit of skimping on the little things.

Otherwise one of the better bar experiences around. Usually have a game or two on aswell.

Your typical sports bar restaurant, always busy in this location. Some of the food was good, nothing great, but the Shrimp po boy I ordered was not it. Needless to say, I didn’t eat the bread lol
