It was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I was trying to order at the counter and was told no one was available to put in my order. So I put my order in on the mobile app. Ordered a 3 piece chicken strips meal and a Quarter Deluxe. It looked like they used a Big Mac patty and bun, was the smallest and messiest Quarter Pounder I have seen. Next time I’m in North Carolina, I will definitely go the extra miles for another McDonald’s.

This place is miserable. The employees don’t do their job and are short and rude at all hours of the day.
Are also unable to complete simple tasks and are incredibly and inconstant and inconsiderate. I often only come here as a door dash and almost always experience an issue regardless of the order and or who is working.
Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 30-45 minutes and be ready to stand around for ever waiting on a door dash order.

I have a lot of grace for service industry workers. Im pretty on the go and this store is pretty central to any errand running I have to do. I’ve become a little more frequent recently. The customer service has been slowly dwindling over the last year. I’ve ordered the new hot honey chicken bacon sandwich twice this week and neither time it has been correct. Last time they added tomato (not even included in the base sandwich??) and this time I received a plain crispy chicken sandwich. I understand being understaffed and I’ve seen this place run well that way in the past (though no one should have to), but the quality of this business is dwindling by the day.

I travel a lot for work, so hotels breakfast gets old real fast. This morning, I decided to go here at 5 am.

I can’t even begin to say what happened today. Me, and two friends went here at around 11:00am. Ordered through the self order kiosk. We went and sat down in the main dining room. Shortly afterwards, a woman came out with a small water and large coke. (Not our order) she then proceeds to tell my friend to “test the water” as she was doing that she had her hand on my phone on the table and was sliding it towards her!! I immediately grabbed it and could not believe what happened!! Very weird experience. Finally got our correct order, but definitely didn’t want to drink the water….

Took over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers out in a a store with no more than 5 people in it. When our food finally arrived my girlfriend’s burger had a hole in the wrapper and top bun where someone had obviously angrily grabbed the burger too hard and put their finger through it. We asked for a new cheeseburger and after waiting another 10 minutes they asked why we were standing at the counter. They finally in a pissy mood handed us a burger that was hard as a rock on the bottom from sitting in a warmer. Painfully slow and rude service.

Tonight, I heard a worker say that there is an extra wrap that they’re going to eat in a second and I was like cool, they made something extra and a worker could eat it. It happens, I’ve worked fast food before… Come to find out, it was (probably) the wrap they didn’t put in my bag. If workers would pay attention more and stop talking about Scream Queens, and how “awkward” customers are in drive thru, I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of reaching back out to corporate for a refund or having to drive another 20 minutes to complete my order. This store has gone downhill fast.

Waited for 35 minutes before cutting our losses and leaving. Multiple other customers left as well. 30+ people waiting for their orders. Watched a coffee maker drip coffee onto the counter before someone realized the pot wasn’t there to catch it. Sheer insanity, stay away.
