Now in its 20th year of business, Banc has become a Murray Hill staple for delicious eats, warm ambience and inviting live entertainment. Banc offers a range of food and drink Happy Hour specials Monday through Friday, as well as our renowned Espresso Martini Brunch every weekend and Half Price Wine Sundays. Our separate Vault Whiskey Bar can be booked for private events, while the main room plays hosts live bands every weekend.

This restaurant is beautiful. It looks fancy and yet it has a casual vibe. They have a good Happy Hour and another good thing about it is that on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, it starts at 12pm. The Cocktails are very good. The food is good also. I had the Coconut Shrimp which came on a bed of Mango Cucumber Salsa, with a side of Tequila Lime Sauce. It was delicious. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely come back.

Came for to meet a date and it’s a nicely decorated dinner with a full bar. Nice bartenders. Bonus they have live music which i enjoyed. And happy hour!
We set at the bar for happy hour and I ordered the Watermelon sugar high drink and I have to say it was my favorite; it’s very refreshing and good.
For food we order the Scallops risotto which was very tasty. The Scallops were well cooked and just melted in my mouth. The risotto which was my first time having tasted very good, even the asparagus was good. I enjoyed it.
The live band was great and they even take request. The place got packed around 10pm I belive just after the band arrived. Cool crowd

My friend and I visited Banc Cafe on our trip to NYC after it was recommended to us by so many people — and let’s just say, it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we were greeted at the door to the second we (reluctantly) left, everything was 10/10.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the service was flawless, and the cocktails? Impeccable. The Pornstar Martini is a must, and their signature Espresso Martini is dangerously good. Huge shoutout to our server Melissa for being so lovely and attentive, and to the manager and owner Tom, who couldn’t have made us feel more at home.
The atmosphere is chic yet relaxed — the perfect balance. Whether you’re heading out with a group, planning a date night, or just looking for great vibes and live music, this is the spot. Safe to say, we’ll be back!

Was really looking forward to a good casual meal here. It was ok… nothing great. General Tsaos Cauliflower could have been cooked longer… it was soggy and tasteless. I loved the atmosphere but the food was fair at best. Service was good and it’s nice to sit outside street side. Other than that, I could easily pass.

I went to Banc Cafe on New Year’s Eve and got there around 9pm. From start to finish, it was a really solid experience. I ordered food, drinks, and dessert, and everything was smooth with no pressure, no rush, and no interest or minimum spend issues, just come in, enjoy, and relax.
The service stood out, especially our beatiful waitress from Wisconsin who was friendly, attentive, and professional without hovering. The DJ was on point, good music all night, and the crowd had a great vibe, lively but not chaotic.
Overall, it turned into a genuinely good night, well run, good energy, and easy to enjoy. I’ll definitely be back again.
