Ordered to-go and was really impressed. We asked for sauces on the side to keep things from getting soggy—a simple request that many places miss, but they nailed it. They even went the extra mile and separated the fruit from the French toast. We had a 20-minute drive home, and the packaging was excellent; the food was still warm, didn’t need reheating, and nothing was soggy from condensation. Definitely ordering again!

Very large dining area, nice spaced out seating so it’s not claustrophobic. As busy as it was our service was surprisingly fast our food was delicious. Will definitely return

Yikes.

I ordered a pickup order:
1. Biscuits and Gravy: my biscuit was literally burnt and tasted grainy/flaky and not flaky in a good way. It like crumbled like it wasn’t one solid biscuit and was also hard in other spots. Pretty hard to ruin a biscuit. I’m shocked they served a burnt biscuit. 1/10 biscuit, 6/10 gravy

2. Strawberry French Toast: While I don’t expect things to look exactly like the website picture the difference is astounding. I’m attaching the web pic vs the pic of the soggy, French toast. They definitely use frozen strawberries not fresh and it’s like maybe they weren’t thawed all the way because the container is covered in the juice. The strawberries had like a grayish hue to the red. Just sad overall. Also for fun there was a rando piece of corn. 2/10

3. Avo Toast: honestly the only decent thing. While not amazing they were at least generous on the avo. It was a little overly oiled and still didn’t appear super appealing. 5/10

$40 something dollars… for the pics below…

I’ve worked in the restaurant business half my life and this place is fantastic. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service today was impeccable. As packed as the place was today our server Amanda was on top of everything. She greeted us in less than a minute. Had drinks in under 2, and food was served in 10 minutes. She checked back at least 3-4 times and always cordial and professional. This is how service is done. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you Amanda for a lovely experience!

Pros: Great food. Good price.
Cons: Because of online orders, wait for food ended up being 45 minutes. Wait is okay, but staff gave quick apology and didn’t give our 1 & 3 year old anything to hold them over, also no updates time estimates. Should’ve walked out, since kids were losing their poo.

We live about 45 minutes away from the Beechmont Avenue First Watch, so we don’t get the opportunity to eat there often. Yesterday my wife was having a dexa scan and some blood work done at the next door Christ medical facility, so I ordered some carry out from this First Watch for us to take home because they would have been closed by the time my wife was finished with her tests. I ordered the Works omelet for myself and the Sweet Honey Pecan chicken salad for her. We waited to get home before opening the bag up to get our food out. I will say that my omelet was very good, but when my wife opened up her salad, there was no chicken, no bacon, no honey, no pecans, and no salad dressing. She just had greens, carrots, and a strip of bread. I guess I should have checked the bag before heading home, but I didn’t expect the service to be that bad. I learned a lesson to always check the bag before leaving. We can’t really leave a review on her salad since she was missing half of it.

If your looking for a breakfast that you could’ve made at home this would be the place. Nice atmosphere. The breakfast items are fresh and really good. This has become my favorite place for all American breakfast. Coffee could be a bit stronger LOL but everyone has their own preference…

We knew the food would be great but we were surprised to have so much fun. Madison is a stand out server. She had a lot of tables but made every moment count. We saw people smiling at every table she served.
