This location in Leesport is new. I met a friend there at 9 am. They have an area with a coffee table and 4 chairs. We stayed for 2 hour’s and talked. It was difficult to hear each other. This was irritating, especially since we were the only customers in the store. The noise from the work area is just so loud. We had to sit really close together. They are slow here. I’m hoping this is just because they are a new location and the staff needs more experience. However, the staff is very friendly. I enjoy stopping here for my coffee!

Went on Christmas Day to the Wyomissing location (since they were open until 1:30pm) and waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes to only be told when finally getting to order (or so I thought) that they will no longer be taking orders because they are closing. It was roughly 1:20pm which was 10 minutes left until closing time…..so my husband asked why they’re closing since it wasn’t quite time yet… the lady responded “well we decided to close early”. My husband proceeded to explain that we waited in the drive thru line for 45 mins to not even be able to order. The lady then said Merry Christmas, hope you have a good day (was totally passive aggressive).
I will NEVER go to this location again, and it’s a shame because I go every morning before work. But the way this handled was totally unacceptable.
Can I make a suggestion…. If being open on holidays and knowing that the line will most likely get long have some sort of sign outside and displayed for customers to see if closing and not wanting to take anymore orders so
this prevents customers from waiting in line for exceeded periods of time only to get turned away.

Be so for real. Why is my drink 1/4 empty. Like no offense if I’m paying $6 for a drink I would like the cup to be full. I had to get back to work which is why I didn’t say anything in the moment. Even if I did I doubt anything would be done bc my drinks suck whenever I go. Sometimes I ask for light milk when I go bc they tend to put a lot but when I ask they put even more milk to the point my drink is white. Didn’t think putting less of an ingredient was an inconvenience but whatever.

YES The Starbucks in wyomissing Was A Great Experience for Lisa and I today. Had a good time while enjoying a ” cafe Carmel mocha latte with whipped cream cinnamon and chocolate shavings on top. Who wouldn’t Love ❤️ it and to top it off my company had the peppermint mocha latte, we also had Sandwiches as well. Overall positive all the way around for a good price ❗
