Just go to the Popeyes in Burlington. It never fails. Every time I order here (on the app well ahead of time) I’m told to go park and wait for the order which then takes over ten minutes to get. Even when it’s just a simple 2 piece combo. Don’t go here if you value your time.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been too !! AVOID this location !!! Don’t even waste your money here. The manager in this picture disgusting and racist. If you are not happy with your job then its best for you and the company to find a different establishment to work at. Since clearly you hate your job. How do you come into a establishment, spend money, ask for a water cup and they tell you “No I have to save them for my delivery drivers” ?? What does your delivery drivers have to do with me and my order. After I was told no, and then proceeded to say you can bring any a cup and fill it up with as much ice as you want. Beyond ridiculous. Who travels around with cups in there car? From reading all the previous reviews I can see now I just walked into a poorly managed Popeyes. Look at this bowl full of cheese. What a waste.

I visited this establishment today. At my children’s request. I purchased chicken tenders meals. There was a good thing i checked the tenders before serving them to my children; if you looked at them, you could tell they were undercooked due to the coloring and the texture. I immediately called the establishment (@4:49pm) and the phone just rang before some type of fax machine chimed in. It was already an issue with me going here due to pervious concerns, but I went against my better judgement and gave them my money. Now I’m home recooking Popeyes’ in my Airfryer because I didn’t have time to return it back to the franchise.

Every time I go, I’m rushed, and the employees always have an attitude with me. It’s not good service at all, and my order was messed up. I’m paying for food, not your attitude. If you can’t stand the heat, then get the hell out of the kitchen. Literally.

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait quite a while before anyone took my order. Thankfully, the woman who finally did was very sweet and polite, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars.
After I paid, I waited a long time for my food. When it was finally brought out, I asked if the tartar sauce I requested was in the bag. The girl told me no and rudely said I’d have to go back around if I wanted some. I ended up going inside, saying “hello” multiple times to try to get someone’s attention. There were several employees in the back, but none acknowledged me — except the same sweet lady from the window, who apologized and corrected the girl who had brought my food out, pointing out the sauce had been sitting there the whole time.
What really pushed me to write this review is that after eating — and this being my first meal of the day — I ended up getting sick. I tried calling the store, but no one answered, and there was no voicemail system either.
Overall, the customer service was disappointing (aside from the one kind employee), and the fact that I got sick after eating there just left me completely disgusted.
