Very aggressive customer service, repeatedly asking me if I was sure I didn’t want anything else. Slammed the window doors open/shut and yelled his greeting to us. We could hear him calling him the burger king and asking employees their age. Then we get handed our food and it comes out like this. I’m a red head so I know none of the hair on my medium halfsies that came out of the bag that way is mine. So that was $4 wasted because the dude at the window is racist. How about instead of asking us repeatedly if we’re sure we got everything we wanted, you actually check the quality and temp of the food. That’s your whole job at the window . Definitely didn’t appreciate being yelled at even if it was a greeting and then aggressively asking me multiple times if I was sure I got everything I wanted. Im a bubbly nice person that overly thanks so I did nothing to warrant this experience. Only thing I can come up with is we’re white and he was black :/. I love all people and didn’t do a damn thing to him in the very short interaction I had. Hope attention is brought to the individual and they develop more professionalism. Definitely don’t feel safe coming back or eating their food. I don’t want coupons, I want that location to do better

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The workers were absolutely rude. Ordered for pickup, during this time told they were out of large cups – fine. Got to the window after waiting 10 minutes + in line, lady was absolutely rude. Asked for a drink carrier & you thought the carrier cost was coming out of her pocket. Finally got the food, asked for zesty sauce, which was in my order, was told sauce is in the bag. Pulled around and checked, missing. Went in, another person had been waiting 20 minutes and walked out, the person in front of them got their food, checked the bag and got fries instead of onion rings, the worker put them back with the fries AFTER that customer touched the food. Finally after being acknowledged I was able to ask for the missing sauce & again the lady acted like the cost of the sauce was coming out of her pocket. Handed me it & walked away.

Beyond rude, the cleanliness is non existent and dirty, the food was cold.

Refused to refund me for food they made wrong. I placed an order the the mobile app for delivery. When the food arrived it was wrong! I immediately reported it through their online resolution website and seven days later received an e-mail offering me a $15 coupon for more food. Why would I want a coupon for more food you’re just going to make wrong?! I demanded the wrong food be refunded as it was not what I paid for and they refused saying that because of their policy they didn’t have to. Now I have to initiate a chargeback through my bank, and apparently this is a common practice. No wonder they are basically going out of business if that’s how they handle customer service. Pathetic.

Horrible. They act like they are so busy and flustered when it’s not even busy. I waited 25 minutes for an order which I ended up just leaving withoutnit. Hire competent workers because 6 workers should be able to handle 4 customers. Ridiculous

So after my order was placed I heard the girl tell the people in back to drop fries 3 times. Before she had to walk over an tell them. Needless to say my burger came out way before they did. So I stood there eating while waiting on the rest of my dinner. I got the second to the last cup besides all the small cups that they had to replace medium an large cups with. Lol. Oh an when I asked for napkins that was funny. The girl laughed an said no sorry we dont have any. So the employees need some work an manager needs to stock up on stuff instead of letting the place run out of important supplies. They are at the bottom of my list now. Won’t be going back there.

Whole reason I come out to this one is for G, hes always on top of it with orders being correct, super nice guy, always energetic and friendly. I never have any issues at this location. Guy deserves a raise and a promotion if he hasn’t gotten one already

Two stars is generous… EVERY time we go here they mess SOMETHING UP! Order two honey mustard wraps and get two original… No zesty with the onion ring I ordered. Asked for coke zero NO ICE, get regular coke with ice. I really don’t know where they find such incompetent people. It’s not that hard to listen to people.

Place a mobile order… food still took 7 minutes to be ready and then I was given the wrong order and didn’t realize until I read half way home. Went back and went inside. Took 2 minutes for staff to even acknowledge me. Took the wrong food back from me and placed it on the counter to be given out. Took another 5 minutes to get my correct order.

I stopped at Burger King on Manchester rd. The place was well not very well kept. The coke machine was without ice so the girl had to give myself and another patron ice and then lids because no lids. And no napkins completely out. Bathrooms was very nasty. Food wasn’t that good at all. The burgers are not even half of what the use to be. Last time I ever go to Burger King. This one has did me in. Save your money and go get some real service with real food .
