We had a great time at this taco bell today. We went for lunch and while it was relatively busy, we all received exceptional customer service from a man i think is named Richard if im remembering right. he gave us large drink cups, referred to all of us with kind names, and made sure all our orders were correct. i had a taco and beefy five layer burrito which was one of the best burritos ive had from taco bell in a long time. as we left he wished us a blessed day which was a sweet touch. he is awesome!! i hope everyone appreciates his kindness as much as we did. also, the tables, dining area, and bathroom were all clean and clearly well maintained.

I’m pescatarian and I ordered the crunch wrap supreme meal and specifically requested to substitute my meat for black beans on both the wrap and my side taco. The guy verified it multiple through the mic. The guy at the window even verified it again. I get home and I have refried beans on my wrap and beef in my side taco. Make it make sense.

Worst Taco Bell Location. The wait was long and the beans were gross and dried out. Burritos had more cheese then dried out beans. Food was cold as well. Chalupa bread was dried and hard. Manager on duty said they have all new people working. Same story we got the last time. Avoid this location. Also, high school kids loitering in the parking lot doesn’t make getting into the drive thru any easier.

Slowest service of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for an online order that was cold. Where has good service gone?? I will drive out of my way to go to any other Taco Bell from this point forward. This continually happens at this location- so please, don’t waste your time here.

Extremely long wait times in drive thru and lobby. Young employees seen on phones and socializing before customers have been helped . This location is in a serious need of new management and employees that can get orders out in a decent time.

I’m not sure the problem, but this location has the worst service ever. From picking up my own orders and picking up DoorDash orders every single time you’re guaranteed to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 items or 10 it always seems to take about the same amount of time. I get it’s Taco Bell, and it’s not expected to be great service but when it’s been consistently this bad for several months if not years there’s a problem.

This has been of the worst Taco Bells consistently over the past few YEARS! The drive thru is an absolute nightmare. I’ve never come here and not wait over 15-20 minutes for my food. Even when the line is small it takes forever. Avoid this location if you value your time and sanity

The customer service is amazing! Yes it’s slow but when the employee realized she made sure I was taken care and that my food was being made asap. Night shift seems to be trying to pick up their paste more of these days. 6.5/10.

I was waiting for a DoorDash order for more than 20 minutes, while some customers had been there for over 45 with no food. The employees were dismissive and goofing off. The manager was also very flippant about the wait, and I could hear them making fun of us customers calling us impatient and rude. I advised my customer not to order from them again.
