Terrible food, dried out burger and hard as rocks fries. The worst interaction with both the manager and the supervisor. Both started the conversation with a snotty attitude. Neither would actually listen, kept talking over me and when I tried to raise my voice enough to talk back over them they both hung up on me. The only assistance offered was to complain to Doordash. I said why? They delivered on time, they didn’t cook the food, my location is literally 3 miles from their location. This wasn’t a “Doordash” issue! All I can say is I guess customer service is dead. I use to eat there all the time in Central Florida and it was always great (One of those craving inspired foods) I will never order from this location again, possible no Steak N Shake location!

I had the fresco burger combo with a chocolate shake, it was served hot and the taste was favorable . Service was fantastic , the atmosphere was clean , and the room temp was perfect.

The food is delicious and although the prices have had to be raised they still offer happy hour on drinks and milkshakes. We usually use the drive through and they are fast and friendly. The times we have went inside have been the same. You go up to the counter now instead of being seated and waited on but they will bring the food to you once ordered.

Let’s not kid yourselves, this isn’t some gourmet burger joint. It won’t win any healthy grub awards either. But for a solid, old fashioned food on a low budget, this a great option to consider. I’m also glad they are embracing the new technology, accepting Bitcoin Lightning payments natively. Any business that embraces crypto for its actual intended use gets a star in my book.

First time back in a couple of years. Thought I would give it another try to see if was any better. Drive thru girl was supper rude. The fries were rock hard and cold. My burger was crunchy and my husbands was really salty and he can’t have salt. They made use for nearly 30 minutes to get our food and didn’t even tell us to have a goodnight.

It’s been a long time since eating here and it will probably be a long time again. The manager is awesome, but that’s pretty much all that’s awesome. I assume the lady working was the manager. Burger was made wrong and they just scraped off the toppings and put on a cold piece of cheese and brought it out. She did offer to replace it, but I chose to go ahead and eat it as my family already had their food and I had already waited for them to supposedly fix it. They put way to much seasoning on the patties on all of our burgers. Fries were as good as the last time we ate there. It’s a far cry from the good ole days pre covid. They have changed so much. It’s no wonder it’s so empty inside.
