I normally just grab a latte but fiesta breakfast bowl had caught my eye was excited to try it out but when I opened the bowl it was over halfway full of water or something liquid. It definitely didn’t look as appetizing as it was on the menu. 2 stars because i don’t know how you let something like that even leave the place of business. Took a photo and over time the liquid got soaked up by the eggs but I don’t remember ordering soup ?

I love this caribou!! I come here at least a couple times a week and the customer service is always 10/10. Friendly, attentive and helpful. The crew here is so positive and definitely have made my day before with a laugh and kindness. The drinks are always made delicious as well. My go to coffee shop!

June 7, 2024 – Spent the week at the Embassy Inn & Suites just down the road. The coffee at the hotel was so bad I went to this Caribou Coffee hoping to find a better cup of Joe. I ending up going every day, sometimes twice a day, the rest of the week. This particular Caribou served up the best coffee and espresso drinks of any corporate/franchise store I have visited.
The staff members were friendly, engaging, efficient and knowledgeable. The created a relaxed atmosphere in a very busy coffee. Each time I went there was a line at the drive through, customers waiting to be served, customers walking in to pick up orders and several patrons seated and enjoying their beverage. At no time did I sense the upheaval or anxiety too often found in many corporate coffee shops. And, most importantly, my order was perfect and prompt every visit. My go to drinks at this location were Americano, Pour Over (light blend), Turtle Mocha and Hot Chocolate.
I highly recommend this Caribou.

Easy place to stop for coffee while in Minnesota. It’s September and pumpkin spice season. I tried the shaken espresso pumpkin spice with pumpkin cold foam. It was delicious but the price was way more than I was expecting.

Do. Not. Go. Here. They NEVER fill the drinks up all the way. See picture. This is the THIRD time this has happened. $6 for this drink and it’s 70% full. Really? I will never go here, possibly any Caribou for that matter, again. So disappointed the baristas can’t get it right time and time again.

First time I stopped there and the coffee was very weak but that’s ok… the best part … the cashier automatically added 20% tip saying it’s the minimum acceptable…

I had a lovely experience at this store going in for my birthday drink today. The young lady at the counter that assisted me was so pleasant and helpful and worked with me to craft the perfect and largest birthday drink! I don’t go out for coffee often but have always been pleased with the service here and today was above and beyond.
