I submitted a mobile order and it was ready super quick. Service is always fast and my food is always correct. One time I went inside and Jay made the whole experience fun — he was interacting with all the guests. Mercy also did a great job helping in the drive-thru and inside.

Service is always top tier especially in the drive thru, they are polite and will give you a moment to look at the menu if you ask. Usually get the same guy at the window he’s always nice, polite quick service, ask if we would like sauce which is important tonight we tried the new cheesy street chalupa box and omg they were soooo good !!! Best thing taco has came out with in a decade !! Seriously I felt like we were at a Mexican restaurant. I switched the steak option out for chicken in mine and omg we’re sooo amazing. I’m telling you these are a must try. This location always makes everything right, even with substitutions, food is always hot, staff is friendly, 5 stars from me every time.
So update to months later… past maybe 5 times I’ve gone here my food is terrible. Cold and awful. Everytime I pay for mods I never get them just a waste of my money and that stuff isn’t cheap. Frustrating to spend an extra 7$ on mods and not get them. Today I tried to play it simple and just for 2 soft taco supremes and a cheesy Gordita crunch. So the Gordita has literally just meat and lettuce on it wrapped it a dry stale soft tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese between it and the hard shell. There’s nothing cheesy about it. It’s hard and and disgusting at this point I don’t even know why I bother with this place anymore just flushing my money down the drain. This stuff isn’t even edible. Crazy how this place went from such great service and good food to this mess over last few months. I’m just done with it

I consistently get quality food from this location, just like any fast food places not all are created equal but this one does a great job. Out of dozens of visits, I can remember only once or twice I was unhappy with my food. If all taco bell locations ran like this, I bet they’d have even more happy customers like myself.

Hubby Purchased 2 grilled cheese burritos for lunch. For all the way back to work and opened them just to see they are burnt. He takes them back and the manager there gets snarky with him. Like how dare him not want to eat burnt food. At least the guy at the register was considerate.

I had Christian as my drive-thru cashier and he was amazing he dealt with my huge order with a smile no problems and if something was forgot he jumped right on it without a second to spare that’s the type of people every fast food restaurant needs as their cashier 10 out of 10 for Christian make that young man a manager

this is just sad ….
i ordered these regular with a box, the food came cold, my chalupa was normal, but this is my burrito and taco. this is actually insane and im not sure how the hell they got away with this…. i want my money back right now. the only thing i customized was no beans on my burrito and then it comes like this. where’s the cheese??? where’s the tomatoes?? onions, sour cream, meat…? like i ordered online doordash and it wasn’t even past 11:30 pm. i don’t think it’s that late
