I used to eat here religiously!! They even came to know me. They were consistent. Friendly & welcoming staff.
Now they’ve fallen off. Half the time I order it’s made wrong, missing sauce, old or burnt pizza. Everything about this store as of today is average or below average. They honestly need to get it together. With 7 years experience in customer service & food. I can say, there’s no excuse for this level of performance. I know they can do better & I hope they do cause I love a good Little Caesars!!

Way too much salt on the pretzel crust. Pepperoni puffs were literally rock hard. Employees never answers the phone. The food taste old, save your money go to McDonald’s or make a drive to a different location

The highschool kids that work at this location are always very trained in what they do ,I’ve never had a problem with the orders I can’t recall the name of the kids but they always do so good‼️. Today we came by my partner and I to pick up a pizza and we had a gentlemen name Ronnie that service us at the drive thru. He was very well oriented,we appreciate their service and the management at this location for having very had workers I can see the integrity in them all thanks guys for keeping your patience when it gets SUPER BUSY!! I ordered ahead and had an email stating that the order was ready. I sent someone to pick it up for them to be told the pizza was in fact not ready and that they could not find the order. Once they found the order they said they would make it again. The person I sent proceeded to wait over an hour for the order that was never made. When they went up to the counter the cashier told them that the order had not been made and they could go ahead and try to make it again or they could give a refund. We ended up getting a refund but our experience with this restaurant was horrible. We will never be purchasing from this place again.

I ordered a pretzel pizza idk what I was given… but it was raw and nasty. Roof was leaking everywhere the other day. The portal hardly ever works. The wait is horrible. There is nothing hot and ready about this location. Staff ignores customers standing there waiting to be helped

Just got dinner there tonight it was two large pizzas, breadsticks, wings, and a 2 L Pepsi. The person running the front counter didn’t even have a uniform on and they had over the ear headphones on. You can clearly see in the background, a man with hair down past his shoulders with no hairnet, and he is making the dough for tomorrow’s pizza. We left and saw that both our hot and readys were old and had most of the cheese burnt on them.

I work in customer service, i’m a server in a high volume fast paced restaurant so i do understand being busy but neglecting customers because you’re busy personally is never acceptable. i waited in line for 25 minutes (only because i had family expecting me to come home with pizza or i would have left) and watched the lady at the counter just disappear for 5 minutes without saying anything to the next person in line and then we’d wait for her to come back and the cycle repeats. when it’s finally my turn i order my pizzas and let her know i find it very rude to walk away without saying anything when there’s a steady line of people waiting, she let me know she was busy and i said it’s just nice to know i’m seen even if it’s “i’ll be right with you”, she was rude letting me know she doesn’t have to before walking away again. after a guy that had been waiting 35 minutes for his online order said he was glad i said something because he also felt the same way.

This is the 2nd time I tried to order the pretzel crust here. The first I had spent 30$ and I was told I could come back and they’d fix it. I live 25 minutes away. And I rarely go to Cleveland. I ordered again today because I was really craving it.. my mistake. 30$ again. 2 pizzas 2 Italian cheese and 1 crazy bread. Oh and 2 sodas. It was the worst. Burnt crust, undercooked crazy bread. Even the Italian cheese bread was lacking in butter or whatever that delicious stuff that is usually on it. The pretzel crust pizza though. Was the saddest. I’m in love with it normally. It was awful. Burnt crust no salt and no cheese sauce. Or maybe it cooked off. I had pretzel salt from those frozen pretzels you can but.. so I thought oh I can save it. But no. So bummed. It’s nice to treat yourself sometimes with all the price increases everywhere. But now it’s just a waist. I’d rather send the hubby to Porter from now on so we can get decent food.
