Customer service ain’t “customering” anymore. Very dry service here in Ontario. It’s cool hopefully they improve it soon.
My taco was delicious, nevertheless it was greasy but I still ate it. The fries were salt-less and it was not requested by me, but I still ate them and the double cheeseburger was great with grilled onions. And a big raspberry ice tea to wash it all down.

Bakers is always a good time. It’s honestly a childhood restaurant that I just love to pieces. I always go with family and get the same thing. They only thing that I hate is that I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get that and the burrito was cold and sloppy. ♀️ I’ll still go back… just not this location. There are plenty just a short drive away.

Honestly come to this one all the time and feel like I get the same rude lady. At first I brushed it off as she is having a bad day but no. My husband and I came to sit inside this establishment and she seemed upset that we wanted to sit down and yanked my card from me. We weren’t anything but nice to her. Our food was cold when we got it waited 20mins for it. she ignored my husband and other customers inside and seem to only focus on the drive thru. Her name is Guadalupe C.

I stopped by there before my flight. That was the worst experience.
I should’ve went to In N Out. The guy was scraping the bottom of the container for meat. My burrito was mostly tortilla, barely any meat and it was cold. The little cinnamon squares, were dry, rubbery and hallow. I took a bite and through it in the trash, same with the burrito. Guess they just hire anyone without cooking experience. The wait time was long, only one person in front of me. Didn’t see a line in the drive thru.

Vising California and thought I’d give this place a shot. Food is what you’d expect but I wanted to give Guadalupe a shout out. Working the drive thru can be mundane but what a great personality. Friendly, clear, and accomidating. Great employee!!

Bummer,haven’t gone to bakers for a few years. Quality has gone down hill. The service was great,but the food was severely lacking. The meat in the tacos were burned,almost like they took the last little bit on the bottom that’s been cooking for a while and through it in. Fries were mid at best. Such a bummer,because I used to love bakers. Not blaming anyone,but maybe quality control could be a tad better?

I add order of bocca burger and they ask me to pull to the front parking lot , I’ve been waitin for 15 mins (of course I’m on my cell that’s why I didn’t notice the time) but I’m like wait a min where’s my order nd when I get inside my order is just right there on the counter and she said I don’t know your car, I’m like ( what) you didn’t look outside! She didn’t tell me to pick up and usually if they tell you to pull forward meaning they will bring you the order. I’m sorry I have to give a one star!!!!!

I wanted to use the bathroom before ordering. Mgr Adam demanded that I had to buy something first. I advised him that I would like to use the restroom before ordering which HE demanded. I do that with all restaurants and I have never had a problem with it. They just lost a valuable customer.

Food was terrible. Staff didn’t know the menu. I did not get my meal the way that I had asked for it. The staff was not friendly. The place was a disaster. Tables were not clean. The floor was dirty. I definitely don’t recommend stopping at this place
