I want to make this comment because today I went once again to Taco Bell. I usually go there while I’m working because it’s a place where you can get your food quickly. Sometimes it’s busy, but I never wait more than 10 minutes for my order. Today, however, I had a very bad experience.I was in line for about 10 minutes and the line was not moving at all (11:25 PM). I decided to place my order through the app so I could pick it up at the speaker and then at the window, hoping it would be faster, since there were about 7 cars in front of me and the line still was not moving. When I finally reached the speaker, it took a long time for someone to respond. When they finally did, I gave my name and was told to pull up to the first window. There were no cars in front of me, yet I waited about 30 minutes, or slightly less, to receive my order. After I asked to speak with the manager, no manager came out to assist me. The employee at the window did not want to help and spoke to me in a very rude manner. He was a Latino male, medium-dark skin tone, not very skinny, and he spoke to me as if he were the manager when he was not. He only told me that I had to wait and that my food was being made (30 minutes for a chalupa and some chips).I asked how many managers were working, and I was told there were three. None of the managers ever came to speak with me. This is embarrassing. I only saw one manager from a distance, a Latina woman with darker skin, who clearly saw that I was complaining about my order and did not even bother to ask what was going on.I am familiar with how this franchise operates because I previously worked at Taco Bell, and I know that my order does not take more than five minutes to prepare, even if the chalupa has not yet been fried, which can happen. What makes this worse is that after all this waiting, I received a burned grilled burrito and a bowl of potatoes that was not even my order. In my opinion, a store with three managers should not have this level of disorganization. Everyone should be properly trained to handle a rush. If they are not capable, they should remain employees. Being a manager is not just about earning a couple of extra dollars per hour; it requires responsibility and proper customer service. As for the employees, their behavior was unacceptable. If a customer asks for a manager, employees should focus on doing their job and assisting the customer as requested. Employees also make mistakes and must provide the best service possible for the good of the store.I ended up leaving at 12:00 AM extremely upset and with food that was not my order.

It’s always full of drivers waiting for orders that take between 45 and 1 hour and a half to deliver because the store doesn’t like to deliver orders, how sad that they have such a service for customers and deliveries

Don’t accept late night orders from here if you are a delivery driver. Waited for over 30 minutes to get the food for my customer while no less than 10 cars were served their orders in the drive thru. Unacceptable. Plus the guy working the drive thru was eating at the window. Pretty sure that’s not allowed but…

Terrible experience. The men that run the drive through are rude and take way too long with no explanation. The lady that served me was the nicest. Takes up to 25 min for food to be ready.

A few weeks ago I had the “wonderful” experience of ordering from this specific taco bell. I was there on a Saturday night and ordered my food at 8:30 and arrived at 9:05 at the drive-through where the line was already backed out into the main road. After waiting and getting to the speaker, I told them my name at the speaker and they said it was ready. Come 9:45 I’m still in line waiting at the first window at the drive-through. After getting to the second window to pickup my food I asked for the other drink and they argued with me about it as there should have been three, but I only got two. I had to pull out my phone and show them each individual meal to finally get them to give me my drink. By far the worst taco bell that I have ever been to.

Tonight I had the pleasure of being helped by Sabien. It’s not often that you run into someone working at a fast food restaurant with so much professionalism. Smooth, efficient, friendly and authentic. Cool guy. Hope he gets noticed by management.

This Taco Bell location definitely caters to the delivery and drive-thru crowd as the dining room definitely has potential to get tight at times. Order on the app, make use of the rewards, and get your Baja Blast on! #tacobell #mexican #mountaindew #bajablast #drpepper #tacosalad #miami #dadecounty #florida

Don’t come here unless you want bad service and bones in your food. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. Then when I finally sit down to eat my food it had a piece of bone thankfully it was me eating it and not my son who was eating too.
