No greeting, no receipt, and waited about 20 minutes for 6 cheese Krystal’s, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Order was incorrect and burgers tasted like a greasy slob of bread (one was missing the meat). I really think it just evaporated on the ride home. Don’t waste your time on this place even if you have a Krystal’s craving. You will be so disappointed. The fries even tasted like shoe laces. Owners need to shutdown and revamp!

Krystal is the southern equivalent of White Castle in the Midwest, but the burgers are a little less greasy, but also a little less tasty. I tried their chili cheese dog and corn dog on this visit and they were both good. Right now it’s been raining and there’s a dripped directly over the cash register at the front counter.

Service wasnt bad, drive through lady had good attitude, took a little longer than it should have getting food, and chilli cheese pups were cold. Double Krystal’s were so smooshed they looked like singles. It wasn’t busy.

Worst service i have every experienced!!! Rudest people imagined. Asked for 5 packs of ketchup in the drive thru to go along with my 5 cheese Krystal and chili cheese fries and was given 3, asked for two more and they said the cant give out that many because they would run out. No napkins and no straw. Your telling me I just spent 14$ on this trash and can’t get condiments. Absolutely Terrible

Terrible service ands needs to be no stars at all. I ordered the #1 combo medium size withe a drink. The cashier over charged me for items I did not want. She never asked me if I wanted cheese on my burgers, but did it anyway. She asked me if I wanted fries or chilil cheese fries, I said “Can I just get Tots only?” She never read back my order and did not provide a reciept. I did not have time to wait to get my food corrected. The audacity the cashier had to try and correct me was ridiculous on how I placed my order and she was rude about it. She had terrible customer service, and I did not get a name but she had purple contacts in. Thanks for reminding me to never eat at this location again!

I don’t know what I was expecting from the patty melt, but somehow I expected more. It was very dry somehow. No line at the drive thru but I still had to pull over and wait for my food.

The entire experience was terrible. The lady that took my order was very rude, even though I said thank you many times to try to brighten her day. It also took forever and she was complaining about being busy, but there was only me and one other car in line and just a few cars in the parking lot. She complained the entire time!!

Not only did I wait seven minutes in the drive-through for my order to be taken my order was incorrect. They forgot a main item and wanted me to go back through the drive-through after the manager who took my order got it incorrect. If I could give zero stars I would but the guy who gave me my food was nice And very polite.
