Does the young woman at the drive-thru have any manners? What an unfriendly and rude employee. On top of that, she handed me the food in a bad manner, and the salad was open and poorly prepared. This was my first and last time visiting this location.
Train your employees to have basic social skills, to be professional, and at least show some kindness and good customer service. I was going to get out of my car and return the food right there, but I chose to be empathetic instead.
I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this location.

I love Whataburger, but turns out that today I order a meal for me and my family (Order 188702935) with a curbside pickup. After waiting a while, went inside and I that moment I was informed that my order was cancelled without any reason. The store still functioning, drive thru, curbside pickup, in store dining, everything okay, so no reasons to cancel my order without notify me. If it were at the other side, if I choose to cancel the order at the moment of pickup, probably I will have to pay at least something. In this case, it left you alone.
So, probably it will no make big difference, but for my side, I will no longer be a costumer of Whataburger.

Went through the drive through. Got my food then pulled around and parked to check everything because this place has forgotten something just about every time I go to that location.
They didn’t give me my honey mustard, okay cool, not the end of the world. I simply go inside and tell the rude little girl working the front and her response “well did you pay for it?” And I said “I don’t know, but I asked for it when I was ordering.” Her response “okay but was it on your receipt?” To which I said, “I’m not walking back out there to check my receipt just to walk back in here. Are you gonna give me honey mustard or not?”
To top it off, I get home and this was the “large” fry I ordered. Consistently getting my order wrong or completely forgetting items I ordered and rude disgruntled girl working the register/lobby. This place is ridiculous.

Make sure you check your food ! Here’s a large fry . My fiancé got a large also and hers is the same . They seen this obviously and was ok with it to go out the door. I get home trusting everything was ok but here we are . It’s expensive enough already ! Then to get home and see that crap ! Y’all check your meals .

What a huge disappointment! Never had eaten at a Whataburger before now. I’m from Washington state visiting Middleburg Florida so I thought I would place an online order, eat some incredible food as it was recommended by a coworker back in Washington. I asked for extra mayo, extra ketchup, extra pickles plus extra lettuce minus tomato. I did not check the burger in the parking lot so that parts on me. I drove back to the hotel, Took some pictures for my scrapbook, sat down and took a bite. there was no mayo, no ketchup, no pickles. There was extra lettuce as requested and hardly any mustard. It was the driest hamburger I have eaten in a very, very long time. The fries were cold and soggy as well. I am a quarter of a mile from my hotel so it wasn’t a matter of driving too far and waiting too long.BUMMER. On a positive note, they are serious about People out of your order so they use security tape in case it’s being delivered by an Uber driver, for instance. That was the best part of the meal the safety precautions they take. I picked it up myself, but I respect that concern that they have.

Although we had a bit of an issue with ordering through the app. The Operations manager Malissa was exceptional. Went above and beyond to accommodate and made things right. We certainly do appreciate the warm service and amazing food.

I went in yesterday the girl at the front counter was so sweet. Answered all my questions since it was my first time at Whataburger. I normally don’t do online reviews but for a fast food place would never had known. Better service than a sit restaurant.

Not happy with the service at this location. I keep giving them chance after chance but the food seems to always disappoint. Got the jalapeño biscuit…but got it burnt and over cooked. Do better!
