I really enjoyed the breakfast options. The french toast sticks were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The breakfast sausage and egg biscuits are good too. The English muffin with cheese, egg and sausage was okay but not my favorite. I would order most of this for breakfast again in the future

I ordered on my app and the app chose the 33rd L street store which I needed the 125th L street store. When Aymila noticed it was ordered at the other store she happily remade my order at her store and I called the other to cancel Aymila weas very pleasant and wonderful to work with. Absolutely no customer service. Acted like I was the inconvenience, when i had to go inside after going through the drive through to get the missing parts of my order. No apology, no urgency, not one lick of care in the world.

Placed a simple order for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered it without egg. And the first bite i took left me with a mouth full of eggs. Pretty simple request and they didn’t even bother to read the screen. Totally blew breakfast.

Karen thats her name she was rude it was my first time going to Hardee’s and well i was asking her if they had like anything cold to drink or so and she said no so then on the little tv the cherry milkshake popped up and i told her i wanted that and this is what i received which is real ugly i was expecting at least the wiping cream on top and a cherry but no it was just this what it shows on the pictures

Was in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. We spent about 15 of those minutes just sitting at the window with no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Ordered only 1 hot ham and cheese, so I’m not sure why it took so long. On top of that, employees were shouting to each other while the window was open. Would not return due to the workers’ attitude and the excessive wait time.

Was standing at the counter for 10 minutes with employees that looked at you, but would never even acknowledge you were there nobody in the restaurant absolute poor customer service after 10 minutes walked away, found somewhere else to eat

They need a refresher in customer service! They are rudish and act like you are an inconvenience! Still didn’t get sandwich as ordered, but wasn’t worth going back up to deal with their negativity!
