My partner and I enjoyed a lovely meal at the Burger Shop last night; the food was absolutely brilliant.
Ironically, we didn’t actually try any of the burgers, because the sides all sounded too good to choose just one from! Instead we chose to order four sides to share: bbq chicken wings – full of flavour and so tender, meat just fell off the bones; buttermilk chicken tenders – soft and crispy at the same time, delicious; westcombe cheese curds – to die for, these were a must-have; and the truffle fries – both crispy and fluffy, delightfully cheesy. All of these dishes were amazing; we could not choose a favourite at all.
I would also recommend their homemade lemonade; it’s super flavourful and very refreshing.
I think the pricing is very reasonable as the food is of great quality and definitely satiates.
The staff were nice and friendly, making us feel welcome. The atmosphere is light and casual, making it a great place to meet up with friends.
This restaurant is a great alternative to Beefy Boys if you fancy similar food that’s less greasy. I would highly recommend it.
We will definitely be coming back soon to try some burgers.

Lovely burgers, funky industrial style setting. Didn’t serve coffee but I ordered one in their next door linked restaurant and they brought it through for me so no complaints at all. Quiet when we went at tea time but friendly helpful staff- even offered to charge my phone for me when I said I needed to pay quickly as phone charge run down! Worth a visit to any of their three restaurants all linked together

Had been given a gift voucher so treated myself and some friends.
The restaurant was quiet enough that we could choose our own table. The booth bench seats were are little harder than expected.
On asking about the specials, the waitress seemed a little unsure of how to describe the dish; Turkey Loaded Fries but she must have sold it ok as one of our party ordered it.
The ale was good. One of the party had from the specials board; Turkey Loaded Fries this was a plate full of food with the complementing cranberries on top a great addition.
The Double Bacon Cheese Burger was delicious; particularly the pickled red onions, that we accompanied with the Skin on Fries which were light and crunchy. The other members had a Worcester Blue Burger and thoroughly enjoyed it.
A very enjoyable meal, the staff were attentive but not over bearing and a reasonably priced meal for 4.
We will be back.
