The service was fantastic, need to get that one out of the way. The cheesteak was meaty and had the right amount of cheese, the hot dog was delicious and had a nice snap to it. The only thing I would have done differently was make my burger a double, they provide a lot of toppings which drown out the meat taste so will be doubling up next time. Overall very reasonably priced, fast, clean, and excellent service I will be going back.

Iconic South Jersey roadside stand! Breakfast here is phenomenal! Lunch, dinner, and munchies are great too! But what really shines is the ice cream! Cones, floats, sundaes, splits they make it all. Was a little worried when owner retired and sold to Richmond’s, but it’s still delicious! Staff is awesome, love to eat out in the pavilion!

Although the employees were pleasant and helpful, and the establishment was clean, I ordered a bacon egg, and cheese sandwich on a 12 inch roll as well as a 20oz Pepsi .
THE PRICE WAS VERY EXCESSIVE @$20.84 for that? It’s a crazy price! No wonder why there wasn’t anyone in there eating breakfast! Please see receipt picture

Decent place nothing special. The food was okay kinda like carnival food with lots of burgers, cheese steaks, fries, and ice cream. We all thought the food was okay but nothing stood out. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The bathroom is outside the building and was very dirty. The ice cream was pretty good but overpriced. My husband got an ice cream sundae in a small cup with brownie chunks, whipped cream and hot fudge and it was $11. Overall I will come back occasionally for a quick bite but won’t go out of my way for it.

The chili cheese fries are something else . Huge portions which are a plus .
Great milk shakes.
They by far have one of the best mango water ices .

Greatest hot dog with mustard, caramelized onions and Sauerkraut…we ate it too quickly for a photo and barely got a shot of the chocolate ice cream sandwich before it was too late! Best ever! Prices were good and it’s an adorable place!

Mr. Bill’s Richman’s Ice Cream is a New Jersey icon and road trip stop on route to the Jersey shore. Ice cream is their main game and there is plenty to choose from. Unlike many ice cream stops that only offer vanilla and chocolate soft serve Bill’s has unique soft serve flavors like pistachio. There are many hand dipped flavors to choose also as well as sundaes galore. The food menu is your standard burger joint bill of fare with various burgers, fries, steaks and more selections too numerous to list here. They include breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Everything is fresh and not sitting on a hot table waiting to be microwaved. Great novelty restaurant in Winslow Twsp NJ. My only gripe is that I got a cheeseburger, fries and a small sundae and it set me back $30.00 plus tip. That is a lot when you could get a full blown steak dinner for that much elsewhere. Like I said it’s a novelty spot. Great place to take the kiddos on a warm summer night or for quick bite on the way back from the beach. Forgetting the cost factor you’ll be sure to enjoy the place.
