I ordered the 10-piece meal with two large side, I paid extra to be able to have an extra breast. When I get home I find the surprise that in the order there were more wings and legs than anything else. It was my first time shopping in this place and it was a bad experience

This was by far the worst experience at a Popeyes chicken I have ever had I just went to order a 24 piece wing order and they totally serve the chicken nothing like as advertised. They drizzled the sauce on top of the chicken with 80% of the wings not covered with sauce as advertised in the photos on the menu so I returned the chicken. The staff proceeded to tell me that that’s how the chicken is supposed to be made. I told the female that I would like my money back, but I took pictures as evidence. She told me that I had to delete my pictures in order to get my money back. The female got mad when I pulled my camera out and slammed the window in my face with my card inside of the restaurant. I told her I was going to record her, telling me to delete images out my phone. My purchase was made at 10:50 PM on December 10, 2023 I also added an image of the employees just in case there was any questions about who they were, and I also informed them that I will leave a review so corporate can see it because their behavior was unnecessary. Pictures of the chicken will be included with this review is proof.

The worst, no side orders, no coleslaw, no macaroni with cheese, the only available drink was orange soda, all the other drinking (Coca-Cola products) were empty; regardless, they charge $2.50 for paper cup to drink water.

– Things were so bad, the customers and the employees were getting into verbal fights, at one point one female employee left the counter and went outside to the parking lot, trying to go after one of the customers who has obviously complained about the place.

The chicken as usual was pretty good, but the cashier couldn’t even give us a receipt, they had no paper for the printer!

While I was eating my 2-piece, I heard 4 other customers wanting the coleslaw. Give the people what they want! 🙂

Just looking to be honest but there’s a large woman who works there she has a mole on her face. She’s the only one holding this restaurant back. I’ve noticed when she’s not there everyone moves faster and it seems to be stress free overall

It’s hard for a fast food chain to score 5 stars. The service we received last night and the attitude we got was a breath of fresh air. The gentleman who served us was so nice to have encountered, he made our day.

Horrible service they don’t know how to do their job right! They messed my order when I asked for a dark meat only instead they did spicy dark meat when I didn’t even order that! Also don’t forget to get your receipt or else they will mess up your order! Horrible don’t ever go to that place

This Popeyes is terrible. Whether it’s slow employees or the owner not stocking up enough, it’s plain bad. I doordash part time and refuse any order from here as all dashers should. No one in line? You still wait upwards of 15 minutes. The staff is rude even if you’re nice and polite to them. Not trying to be a Karen cause ive waited several times doordashing and get treated poorly and given attitude just for being there. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 9/10 TIMES THEY WILL NOT BE STOCKED ADEQUATELY. The food I got tonight is a clear example of poor quality and quantity (given I ordered a chicken sandwich and got stale tenders) (Photo below)
