Pepperoni Magnifico pizza was overly cooked.
Crust was a bit hard, not soft at all. It tasted not freshly cooked in the oven.
Also, had the Hawaiian Chicken
it was also overly cooked addition to not enough pineapple on the pizza.
The pizzas are over $10 at least get the pizza just cooked right and enough toppings.
Pizza slices were not evenly cut either.
Not worth my money going again.
Overall disappointed.

Back on Nov 24th, I placed an order for dinner via DoorDash. The site showed that it would be delivered in 25 minutes. When the order confirmation came in at 10:19pm, it was for a 40-60 minute delivery. I was OK with this as sometime the automated apps will have incorrect information, so this did not bother me much. The app showed the order was being prepared. After 45 minutes the app then stated that the order was completed and awaiting the driver for pickup…. then at 11:20 I received a notice that the order was being canceled because the store was closed!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. They always load up on the toppings. Usually pizza places are pretty conservative on how many toppings they put on to save money. Their ultimate magnifico is fantastic. Wish their cauliflower crust was a little less expensive, but it’s a minor beef. I always get my pizza hot and they are usually pretty quick. Highly recommend.

Order online and waiting was 20mins. After 20mins went to pick up my order. I payed and after waiting 10 more mins the cashier said they had a big order and they will be working with mine now and it will be ready in 20 mins. I thought it was a joke. I proceeded to cancel the order.

This place is hit or miss. Probabaly different days are different people making the food, so sometimes it is good, but lately more often it is not so good. Way too much cheese sometimes too.
We just got a magnifico the evening of the 23rd. It was like they made extra of these, since there is a promotion going on and like it had sat for a while. It was not very good.. We ordered the pizza and we’re there within about 20 minutes. It seemed like it was kept warm for an hour or two. The cheese was tough the bread was tough. The sauce wasn’t very good. It just wasn’t good. Not the first time we have gotten a pizza from here that was not very good.
Again hit or miss. Someone there does know how to make a good pizza though, it is just a gamble because you never know when they are there or what you will get. Plus for me I don’t want to ask which person makes it, that feels weird to me.
More often than not though it’s not good anymore. Not worth it! Maybe only on half off days, I guess.
We were so happy when this opened, but now we don’t even hardly go there anymore. We give it a chance get lucky and get a good pizza, then try it again and it’s gross. Now that happens way too much and not worth the gamble anymore.
I will say the people we have experienced working there so far are really nice. Very kind and mostly exceptional customer service. Polite and courteous. So the people are great, great personalities, the food is just gross too often to take a chance to eat it….. Most of the time.

I can’t give this place 5 stars because it’s still franchise pizza and not original authentic pizza. For the price this place rocks.. the pizza is pretty darn good. The staff is friendly and the food is made quickly. What else is there really… It’s a quick way to eat and the prices are good.
