I had an overall bad experience with their customer service because II asked to taste the new avocado sauce and they would not let me. I was then charged 21 cents for the wrong sauce that was given to me and then 41 more cents for the one I really wanted to taste.. The store is in Coral Gables, in a good and affluent neighborhood but the manager showed me very little customer service skills and acted lmore or less in an aggressive manner.. The mployee who initially helped me was nice and well trained but he didn’t have any authority to really help me. So I don’t really know what went on. I don’t know if Taco Bell icorporate policy s to squeeze every possible penny out of their customers or the manager of that store does not have any common sense.

Please fire all the night shift workers 2/3/2026 1:30 worst Taco Bell experience the chalupa was stale and burned at the same time no meat the hard taco no meat the coke stale no gas did not drink it. I asked for side of sour cream and nacho cheese was half full everything was bad no meat I drove back to my house to find this nasty food wife did not want to go back and get my money back. Taco Bell in coral way is going to lose business if this continues I will like a refund spend over $33 for garbage food

This taco bell had the WORST DRIVE THRU WINDOW PERSONALTY EVER! I ordered a pepsi and thats it… and she yelled out the window at me like I was blocking traffic or something!! I wanted to drag her out the window but I drove down the road to the other taco bell and ate ..and it had much much better service and staff!!!

6 months later. They were better on food quality until today. For some reason they think it’s okay to make the chalupa shells hours in advance before lunch rush and it’s like chewing cardboard. Really sick and tired of this bs for the prices they charge now. Go to a regular restaurant. Not worth it!
Just moved to the area and this must be the worst Taco Bell I’ve had in a very long time. Chalupa is cardboard. Literally rock hard and the oil is bad and tastes terrible. Inedible. Also messed up our entire order. Very frustrated. For the prices they charge now this is completely in-excusable. Don’t bother. Go to a real restaurant.
