Love their Kabobs and Appetizers item. Must try their kabobs style Chicken wings and Cauliflowers. They need to focus on service to improve because we had been waiting to get dishes for an hour after we ordered. Otherwise it’s a good place for Lebanese style kabobs and Huka.

Me and four other gentlemen came here to eat dinner and we ordered the mixed grill for four. It came on a small-sized plate and the food tasted good. It was fresh, tasted good. Their bread was very good as well. I would love if they actually bought us more bread, but we had to continue to wait for bread.
I would say if you’re coming as a big group and you want to share the mixed grill, I would order more than what it says it’s for because the plate that it comes in is very small and they don’t give you that much rice or make a great presentation using the rice and the lettuce and the salad.
The appetizers were good. The hummus. The tomato stuff. And other appetizers were very good.
We sat upstairs and there were some people smoking hookah there, which did not make it very great for eating. I do not like to be around smoke, to be honest. But if you’re okay with it, then you’re okay with it.
For the owners I’d highly recommend making a better presentation and for larger groups giving them more bread and appetizer to let them continue to eat while they wait on the main course and maybe make the play too much larger because it is made to be shared so people want to see a nice big presentation. If you need to increase the price, increase the price. But a large group who may not be concerned necessarily with the price, they want to be served good food and enough food for everybody.

i was there for my friend’s birthday party and the vibes were amazing! The beautifully decorated interior is what really sells the place! As well as the excellent food and exceptional customer service!!!The food is delicious. I got the grilled salmon with rice and fries. It was all so good! The salmon, rice, and fries were so flavorful and tasty. The french fries were crispy, perfectly-seasoned, and so yummy. I couldn’t get enough of them! The food my friends ordered was also so delicious and yummy. Also, the ambience is amazing. Phoenicia is such an awesome and beautiful place with amazing music. The live singer was great! He kept the crowd hyped, the place was lit! Beautiful restaurant and hookah lounge. Great vibes, lively and upbeat atmosphere. Our server was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our group was always happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Our waitress was very attentive throughout the night and was always coming by to check on us and help us out right when we needed it! The friendliest staff. The servers were amazing! Atmosphere, customer service, and food at Phoenicia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Well organized establishment and very fun, chill, relaxing and energetic place to be! Honestly , I want to zero but I’m trying not to be cruel cause the food was acceptable . Where should I start ? I booked a table for New Year’s even. The first thing was the dirty chair. Cmon, cmon, can’t you wipe the tables and hire someone to collect the trash ? I mean, with the prices you’re charging , $120 per person ( that’s apparently with a discount), can’t you just work on the hygiene part ? The women’s bathroom is dirty and pathetic. Okay, your waiting staff, are they there to wait on customers ? Are they only good for serving hookah ? Why do they look so offended when you ask them for water or anything ? The music was horrible , loud and bad taste , and the service was poor. No, I would not go there again. There is something off about paying 120 for a pleasant evening but you end up with a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend. Cheap taste. With the money you’re charging at least clean better and provide real cloth napkins not the cheap paper napkins
