We stopped to pick up supper on the way home. We watched 1 employee walk in front of our car, he was headed out back to smoke. We pushed the button and waited over 10 minutes and nothing. No one even spoke. A couple minutes later the man came walking back by and went inside. And still no one spoke, the button was still blinking. We started to leave and saw a truck on the other side of the building in the drive thru. So we thought we would try the drive thru. I pulled up the the speaker and I could her a man speaking to the person in the truck. But he never spoke to me. I then heard him talking to another employee inside. After another 5 minutes and no one had spoken to me but they were still talking inside, so we left and went to Fat Boys Burgers. Fat Boys had great service and great food. I will not go back to Sonic.

This location has been on point lately, . Two recent visits at dinner time really stood out because whomever is cooking knows their craft. Food is great quality, handled with care & tastes perfect. Only tip I’d give the servers is to come out to the cars prepared with condiments so that you aren’t leaving food with your customers to go back and retrieve what’s necessary. I was in a situation where I had to leave soon & couldn’t wait for them to go all the way back in and come out with 1 or 2 packets.
Their app limits condiments (more strenuous than most) so I couldn’t add ketchup because I already had 2 packets of mustard in my order. Otherwise, the servers are nice and friendly & quality of meal is phenomenal for a quick stop meal!

Absolutely terrible service. This Sonic was not busy at all—there were only three other vehicles besides us—yet somehow no one could be bothered to take our order. We pressed the button and waited over 10 minutes without a single response. Not even a “we’ll be right with you.”
While sitting there ignored, we could clearly see two employees in the kitchen, and one of them actually walked outside with a Sonic drink and a cigarette he was actively lighting. He hung out for several minutes, went back inside, and still no one came to take our order. Priorities clearly weren’t on customers.
I know Sonic can have good food, but that doesn’t matter when the service is this bad. There’s no excuse for ignoring customers when the place is basically empty. After waiting even longer with zero acknowledgment, we left. Complete waste of time. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I would rate this establishment higher if I could, but unfortunately, my experience with this particular location has been inconsistent. At times, the food is excellent, while at other times, it could be significantly improved. For instance, I have received cold mozzarella sticks on occasion, yet there have also been times when I’ve enjoyed freshly prepared hamburgers and chicken nuggets for my son. I do appreciate the friendly staff and have never encountered any issues with them; however, as I mentioned, the food quality can be quite variable.

Ordered online. Pulled up to drive thru and gave my name to retrieve my order. All 6 burgers were cold. I initially gave burgers back and the nice cash register guy said they could remake the burgers hot. He said he voided order and had to charge again. When the burgers came out the second time the burgers were again cold. I went ahead and took the burgers to cook at home. I do not recommend the burger menu but the shakes were good.

Bay county just doesnt have fast food anymore! The people working at these places in this area, just don’t have a sense of urgency at all. The parking lots have in them, the drive thru operators either cut us off to wait longer or dont respond at all, and I dont even hold it against them. The management needs to be changed out to send these employees back to grandma’s basement, so the good employees can come to work. Get it together!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. Owner really needs to get off his tail and turn his store around. Employees can’t get orders right or correct place looks like a trash bin. This store doesn’t even have management. Very sad. Will never go back.

We arrived at the store at 11:15… went into one of the stalls and waited 15 minutes until l got tired of waitibg and then went to drive thru where l waited in line anorher 15 minutes until once again l got tirrd of waiting so l drive to the window. Several of employees saw me but chose to ignore me until finally a worker came to the window…l asked whats going on and if they were closed and was told that they were just veey busy and stoppes taking orders to focus in thr multiple doordash ordera they had……MIND BLOWN!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! 11:53 and just now getting my order taken…WOW!!! If not for my kid and his friends dead set on Sonic l would have left!!!
