Baby Boomers, we remember when the price was right and the taste was out of sight! Dad, mom and kids are all excited to taste the hot moisture gravy from the hamburgers and the sauteed onions and crispy pickles. Well, guess what , let the staff from this site take you back to that good feeling of your childhood.
We have grown up and the times have changed but this White Castle site worked hard to keep the tradition. The workers are mature and respectful.
The Castle lobby and bathroom is clean and their work station appears to be clean and sanitary .
They have a walk out cashier. It gives you a feeling of a waiter serving your table. Neat. Huh!
Come by!! in the morning and really see, feel and receive a rush of excitement. The staff is at their best performance every morning to get you off to work happy. A word from the Crave Nation!

Great location. Right off the Ronald Reagan crosstown on Hamilton Ave. The staff are great. Super professional. Unfortunately there weren’t enough of them I counted 3 employees during the lunchtime crunch. Because if this, the customer dining area was neglected. Their priorities were for the drive-thru only. Tables, condiments area, rest room were all neglected because of this. Cleanliness was neglected because only drive-thru seen to matter. I put this on management. Not the employees.

Went there this morning. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese sliders. When I tell you when I got home the eggs looked and felt like plastic. I couldn’t even eat my food. I’m not sure if they are trying something different but they need not too.

Update: I have not been there in almost forever, my visit today was a 160 turn around, food was hot and the way I ordered it, service was awesome, the young man at the drive thru was really doing a great job even with the car in front changing their order but acting like it was his fault. He stayed very respectful. Probably one of the worst, no since of urgency what so ever…2 folks working on a saturday night, said they were not doing anything other than the grill, no fried food. Sure no problem 27 minutes after we paid to get 8 cheeseburgers, one went and took the trash out and stay out in the cage area on his phone, while the other one would not come any where near the window so we could just get our money back. Should be no stars
