The manager here is very disrespectful I don’t know if he’s a good face for the company but I think he should get off of the Team because he keeps racial profiling people and we’ve received nothing but disrespect from him multiple times. He does not give out good customer service he was yelling at children when I don’t think it was his place he should’ve spoken to the parent and not the child.

Had a Birthday party for my 3 year old grandson. Had a blast. Not sure what you call the staff member (young Male with a ponytail was very polite) who helps with the party but he did a great job. We invited a certain amount of people and lots more showed up to help celebrate and the staff were able to accommodate our party. Key cards are used for the play area, didn’t have sugar free tea so good thing I took my own water. We cleaned up mostly, but had a great time, especially the Birthday boy!

It is what it is–a place you go for children parties. The food is basic and at first glance seems expensive. But they need to make money somehow.
I guess you could say that you are paying the atmosphere…hahaha. But young kids seem to have a really good time and that’s what counts.
I’m giving it Five-Stars because it gives the children in your lives a memorable party at reasonable price for parents.

Went in 9/11/2025. First nobody running the cash register or even anybody working there in sight. Waited and waited until finally someone came out from behind the pizza oven to take my order. No apology for making me stand there for so long. I guess I was bothering him. I bought the “all you can eat” buffet but after a couple of times refilling my little paper plate (that only holds 2 pieces) the manager said “That’s the last piece!” WOW ! Really!?!

Just got home from picking up our food we ordered online 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. We ordered the special with 2 large, breadsticks and wings. Online said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We get there about 5 minutes after. They give us our order but tell us it’s going to be about a minute for the breadsticks. 40 minutes later no breadsticks. Finally we get the damn breadsticks. We get home to eat our cold pizza open the stupid breadsticks box and wings only to find out there’s no wings and the damn breadsticks are still doughy. Tried calling to talk to a manager and they have the phone off the hook. I want a full refund. I’m not driving back.

The buffet price for the five year old who eats only one slice of pizza maybe 1 1/2 was ridiculous. If your gonna do the buffet just bring adults with a big appetite, eat as much as you can.

The exhaust fan needs to be upgraded to handle.tp heat and smoke smell that come from the pizza over. Very strong smell of smoke. Got a headache. Took a long time for our 2 pizzas and the place was not packed.
