We went for the new frosty blends for dessert after having dinner. Save your time and avoid the grief. Taking the order was about 15 minutes, preparing our order of just three frosty’s took another 20 minutes, which we didn’t realize they took our order down wrong, and eventually only received two of them. Overall just poorly managed and disorganized. I understand that staffing for fast food in Vegas is not easy, but at the end of the day poor choices were made.

My second try at this Wendy’s, it it was terrible both times. Both times they were out of primary items. This last time she told us Wendy’s no longer sells English muffins, but we ordered them on the app. So she sub’d croissants. But the sandwich was missing the egg!!

The Wendy’s Employees who are working their shift around 6:00pm and on are always standing outside of the restaurant hanging out. I drove right past them to get to the drive thru…The employee today ran directly inside the restaurant and started taking our order with a attitude as if we were interrupting his hang out session &: I’m sure he didn’t wash his hands after running from outside. He was wearing a black Scarface (The Movie) Hoodie. The first time around the same time (evening) about 3 days ago the employees were hanging outside and one of them was talking to someone who was in a black SUV that was partially blocking the driveway to get to the drive through and we had to drive around them to be able to get to the drive thru order speaker. That day they didn’t have anymore Strawberry Lemonade….Tonight they didn’t have any cup holders for our drinks. Maybe if we go hang out outside with the rest of the employees who are all coincidentally always on break at the same time we can get the things that we asked for that are “that don’t have”.

They have great breakfast at this location. Always fresh. I like that they make it with love (in my head), some people like myself are getting off work in the morning. We need a quick bite without worrying about our fast food being prepared poorly. Doesn’t break the bank and they’re so friendly too!

Multiple times I’ve asked no mayo or condiments since ik they put alot, yet every single sandwich has had way to much even after they repeated my order. This is the closet Wendy’s to me but honestly would rather drive the extra 15-20 min to not deal with this and have a place that will actually listen to my order

So I stop today to get a 30 minutes before picking up my child from school. I was almost 15 minutes waiting to take my order I have 1 car in front of me, only 2 cars waiting to order And nobody will attend us, I decide to drive to the window to find out if they are picking orders. And the manager came out and just told me that I had to go back to the line to order. That they were short of staff. Hello, they did not even have 20 cars on line!! If they cannot do the work that hires more people and more efficient, l see 3 workers. This is fast food!!!!! not wait in the sun. .. As long as you want to take my order.

I have been to this location a handful of times in the evening with nothing remarkable to say, but this morning I stopped for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by how good the service and food were. The employee who served me at the drive-thru, India, was very kind and helpful. Only thing I could complain about is no napkins.

They gave me a disgusting soggy day old Cobb salad! It had to be at least a day or two old. The lettuce was wilted and brown. The hard boiled eggs had turned into some disgusting pudding texture from the moisture and so had the cheese! Given the price of their salads this really makes me mad! Apparently they’re so greedy for every nickel and dime that they’ll serve you old food that should have been thrown out days ago!
