Spent 50 dollars and drove in the snow just to get home with no chill cheese fries. Not a big deal. Called to ask for a refund and they think it’s okay to offer coupons in the mail instead.
Umm no. I didn’t pay 7 dollars for coupons I paid I for food . Food which wasn’t included in our bag. To say you don’t offer refunds is a lie and illegal. I’ll be following up with BBB until they process a refund.

Normally I love the food. Stopped her after work tonight for my dinner and was very disappointed with what I got for $12.00. Of course by time I got home and realized, it was too late to go back because it is closing. Normally I would check my food before leaving but never had an issue here so didn’t. I got a bacon deluxe with basically nothing on it ( not by choice) and like 8 fries. Also may I add, pretty sure it was not made fresh. It was cold by time I got home not even 5 minutes away. Normally they take awhile to bring your food out and no sooner did I pull forward, they were bringing my food out

Feel like I should have just thrown $32 out of my window and kept driving!! Long wait for food after I ordered and the food was the worst I have ever had at Culver’s. Chicken Sandwich Cod Dinner side of Onion rings fried to oblivion!!! Everything was dark brown and tasteless. The onion rings were so fried that there was literally no onions in the ring!!! My wife and I threw half of this out and called it a total loss of $$$.
Won’t be heading back to this place anytime soon. CULVERS you were once always my go to now you are a drive by for me!! Too bad…

They mess up multiple items on my order every single time. Of all the Culvers locations i have been too i have never had a bad experience with my food or service. This location is surprisingly notorious for missing and incorrect items. Check your bag.

We had an amazing dining experience tonight at Culver’s in Watertown, Wisconsin. We would like to give Dawn our cashier a shout out. I hope your manager is reading this because you are a great person with a wonderful warm personality. Who did a fantastic job not only serving us but making fun suggestions for delicious options and Overall providing us with 110% customer service. Not all culvers are alike also not all fast food is alike. We have dined at many culvers locations throughout Wisconsin and we must say that this particular culvers in Watertown Wisconsin had the best food and customer service. I would like to thank the entire staff but especially Dawn well thank you so much. Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed the soup last night, the chili. My husband had a chicken sandwich that was made for perfection, including fries. For dessert we indulged in your flavor of the day which was a raspberry wow simply off the charts and scrumptious. Actually had real raspberries in it perfectly balanced not too sweet not too tart.
Your restaurant was very clean and the staff is amazing. Whoever runs this place is doing a great job. Kudos to everyone. See you soon friends

First of all, OVERRUN with KIDS – NO adults!! I Ordered carry out and the kid put in fine-in instead. Okay easy mistake. But the next kid is walking around the restaurant and doesn’t even think to ask any of the standing-waiting people if it’s possibly our order. So I say hey can I just get the bags and packaging I will do it before it goes cold. NOPE . They refuse to give it to me and insist on packaging it themselves, wait for that. Not a few minutes, like 15. I finally get it and I check my kids burgers. I didn’t think to check the Reuben because I saw the toast so I thought it would be fine. I mean, it’s an easy Reuben. One kids burger is missing cheese. Tell Juan. He goes back and slaps a piece of cheese on it. Great, now the burgers cold and it’s not melty. He goes back and gives me a cold burger with melty cheese. After over 30* minutes my entire order is cold and soggy. Ask Juan if there’s ANY grownups or managers. He said no. I looked at his name tag and he said they are all kids. So I was forced to take my cold soggy meals home because they didn’t want to do anything about it. Get home to heat it up myself. My Reuben, the one thing that I assumed they couldn’t possibly get wrong – was a partial cheddar cheeseburger with some weird brown slime (mushrooms long ago?). Where are the grownups? Management? Many of the kids telling customers that they were new and didn’t know what they were doing. Whomever manages this place is seriously irresponsible for not having adequate management!

The food was average but the closing shift worker was rude and messed up our order. Charged us for 2 cheese curds that they didn’t give. We are not difficult to deal with but he asked what was happening back there while I was asking my kids what they wanted.
