The ONLY reason I even consider going here EVER is because of how late the drive through stays open and there’s not too many restaurants to choose from. A couple weeks ago I went and ordered 3 of the $5 bags and got the mcdouble as the sandwiches. There was only 2 doubles and only 1 of the 4 piece nuggets had 4 in it the other 2 had 3 in one and 2 in the other. I called and complained and the manager told me id either have to come back that night or the day to get it replaced not refunded and neither of those times worked for me. Then last night I went and ordered a large mccrispy meal got home to see the fries were small and cold and the sandwich (if you could even call it that) was hard the meat and the bun, had no butter on the bun nor any pickles and the top bun was missing a section out of it. I called to complain yet again but no one answered.

I asked for fresh fries bc of previous quality given. Had to pull up and wait so assumed that was why. As you can see from pics these weren’t fresh more like cold ones they threw back in grease to warm up or just old from sitting. Fish sandwich was over cooked and look at that tiny part of a piece of cheese. Nuggets also were overcooked and tasted reheated. Everything was awful. Fries weren’t even full. Last visit we had to pull over to wait as well with no one else in drive through. Brought it out and order was all wrong..had to do back twice. Third time it was correct but gobs and gobs of mayo were on the burger (we didn’t ask for extra). They just don’t care at all. It’s the closest thing to us or I’d never go again.

First time my friends and I visited McDonalds in Williamston. The young man (Steel) Kenneth waited on us, he was very friendly, did a great job trying to take orders, run the register and taking orders outside to service the drive thru. He was even sweeping and cleaning tables.
This is the type of employee’s business need to work for them.

My wife is getting me and her breakfast this morning. The order is correct on the receipt, but not the food of course. Not just that, but it looks as though it was just thrown together. Go to call them about it and they are rude as can be on the phone and hang up on you because they don’t wanna hear it or fix the situation.

Im sorry, I just don’t like McDonald’s any more but the grandbabies love it. I forgot their buckets for Trunk or Treat so Happy Meals it was. They were so happy and the staff there was great. Just not my cup of tea anymore.

Received SAUSAGE, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle with no SAUSAGE. This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid 10.33 for this order and I didnt even get the main portion of the sandwich. I definitely deserve some compensation for this because at this point the food is inedible because it is downright nasty without the sausage. This restaurant definitely needs some new management or quality control fixes. I have constantly had issues with incorrect orders lately. But when a customer purchases a SAUSAGE, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle and theres no SAUSAGE its like a Cheeseburger without the meat.

Man, I hate to leave bad reviews but this McDonald’s has gone so downhill. Every single time I’ve gotten something from here has been filled with pepper to the point you can’t even eat it. It’s disgusting.
