I decided to put an online order tonight from Chipotle on 5th avenue in Grandview. When I went to pick up my food at 5:50p there was one employee working. I know this isn’t an idea situation but she was the kindest person. I am sure she was stressed out because she had to tell customers they couldn’t be served due to staffing. She deserves a promotion and some recognition for how professionally she handled the situation. My food was also delicious & made perfectly. Thank you for making my experience great.

The store itself was completely empty no a single person there no issue. Issue being went in 8 months pregnant ask for a bowl brown rice extra black beans and extra steak. When did extra mean one scoop of each? Not only that they making food even though the front where the food is normally held is completely full heard guy say hes going to leave it out. About chicken. My husband went in to complain and got told “she should have spoke up” i did got met with attitude. Paid 16.50 for a bowl that was cold steak that was dry and rice that wasnt fully cooked. Shame use to be good now its nasty as hell

Ordered from this location for lunch today. My burrito had 1 little chunk of barbacoa and a tiny bit of cheese. The entire burrito was white rice and some corn. The guac had a layer of brown on top and seemed to be missing salt and lime juice. I would not order from this location again.

I found the food to be good. People ok. But all the seating was off the floor. I guess they had just mopped. But we were starved and it sounded ever so slightly better than the Taco Bell next door after a long day of reading energy.

Blake Bradford is the greatest gm ever. The service at this Chipotle was incredible, the food was delicious, and they helped me jumpstart my car which died in the parking lot when it was 8 degrees outside. Definitely recommend if you like good customer service!

Don’t ask for double rice until you’ve seen what the single rice portion looks like. I swear these guys ration rice like it’s the Great Depression. Chipotle used to be my go to carb and protein snack before the gym but now it’s just overpriced for what you get. Not worth the hassle to make them half scoop rice 5 times

This is truly one of the worst chipotle locations. Half the times I’ve ordered here, I’ve gotten undercooked and crunchy rice. They really need to train the employees on how to cook the rice for the proper amount of time. It should be a bare minimum requirement that the food be edible.

Multiple times in a row they’ve not had ingredients and the line is just dirty and unappetizing. When they told me for the umpteenth they don’t have Fajitas I just left the line mid-order and forced them to throw out a bowl, steak, tortilla etc. I’m not paying when you don’t even have peppers/onions in a burrito place
