On a cold winter night at West Warwick, this place hit the spot. We ordered the 2 for 25 deal they had and it was delicous. The chicken wings appetizer and the chips and queso were delicious. Our server was amazing and made sure our food came out fresh and hot. We really enjoyed our time here.

Applebee’s is a five-star restaurant to me. The area is very calming and comfortable to be in and the food is very good. You can get burgers, steak, pasta, etc. The waiters and waitresses are all kind and caring, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to bring someone on a date or go out with family or by yourself. I liked this restaurant very much.

Came here to eat with my love at 9:30pm Thursday had a waitress name Bailey she was awesome she took care of everything we asked for asked for my steak well done she got it done don’t find that listened to in other restaurants such as chilis down the road the alcohol here amazing perfectly made just like the cooks prepared it amazing and she served it immediately she brought the food while it was still hot everything we ordered was hot this will be my new spot I hope this place keeps up the good work they deserve a lot of credit was kind of loud at the bar but didn’t bother us nice atmosphere other guest seemed to mind there bussiness besides the stare when you first walk in to anyyyy place haha right!? Bailey wasn’t pushy was accomdated to our requests of we’re not ready yet or we need more time thank you so much to this apple bees definitely prefer it over chilis down the road

We usually have a great experience, and everything leading up to payment was great especially our server! However at the end we went to pay and was all cashed out. We waited a good few minutes to grab our server to get boxes for our food. She confirmed we didn’t pay yet and I said yes we did. The table ziosk was lit as we payed. She looked confused went to the back and quickly realized I cashed out the table next to us (which was only a $5 difference) and grabbed a manager. Who decided to pull back our check even though it technically pulled from our account and was processing already. To RECHARGE us for our bill. What would’ve happened if I didn’t have another $65-$70 on me? I wouldn’t have been able to put out 2 bills at once when the first one doesn’t clear out for 2-3 days. It shows how unlnowledagble the older lady manager was. Given that our bill was literally only $5 more than the table we paid for she should’ve bit the bullet, not even mentioned anything and left ours as is (so we leave happy) and re-rung up the table next to us who we already paid for as a do not make. It’s not our fault the ziosks were connected to the wrong table numbers my guess is (having worked as a server in the past I know this) the check detail didn’t even show automatically only the total, unless you click the option for check details. And since it sounded right I didn’t think to click it. I left so mad because it wasn’t our fault yet the manager just shrugged her shoulders proceeding to just feel bad for us. Clearly making sure customers are happy arnt the # 1 priority its numbers for her. Probably won’t return simply for that reason.

Daughter date night. I ordered the cheesy pasta with chicken on the side, and she ordered the quesadilla burger with fries. The pasta was pretty good, but the bowl it was served in was shallow, resulting in smaller portion. She enjoyed her meal. We also enjoyed the apple pie dessert. Overall good experience.

Another visit with friends. The special drinks are now $6. This time I had blackened salmon . It was good. It was very busy, the service just a little slow.

I went there as part of a group of almost 20. The service was smooth and fast. I had french onion soup, a ceasar salad, and 1 of those $5 special drinks. Lots of other dishes were ordered, and no one complained.

Went to see the new renovations and enjoy a night out to be seated and wait 20 minutes to even be asked our drink order. No one came over at all to greet or acknowledge us so we left. Had literally every waitress in the building walk by us and was never served or approached. Really need to work on your service. To top it the place was average busy.

I ordered food to go at around 11:20 asking if it was too late to order and they said no, it id not too late. However, I ordered pasta to go and unfortunately received dry pasta. I would’ve preferred the working man saying it is too late than having received the dry pasta.

We waited almost 20 minutes to be greeted at our table
Our poor waitress had tables all over the restaurant and was running around doing her best to serve all her tables. Beer keg was producing pure foam, we had to wait for that to be fixed. Fettuccine was DRY, and cold, they attempted to try to charge us for extra sauce. Food portions were less than half of what they were only 6 months ago. Our waitress was super friendly and apologetic about our food and beer. She comped up the sauce, as she could see how dry it was
Service was pretty good, food was awful. We will have to rethink another visit.
