We absolutely love Culver’s! In our opinion, it’s the best fast food spot around. The restaurant is always spotless and well-kept ✨, and the staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better .
Their ButterBurgers are seriously amazing — juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time . The chicken strips are just as delicious, and I really appreciate that they offer more than the typical fast food menu. You can even find seafood options and pot roast, which is pretty unique for a place like this ️.
The cheese curds are a must-try , and their sides stand out compared to the usual fries you find everywhere (though they have great fries too!). Personally, I think their coleslaw is the best I’ve had at ANY restaurant — it’s that good . Plus, the convenient QR codes at the table make ordering super easy if you want to skip the line . We’ll definitely keep coming back!

We love Culver’s! It is the best fast food around. The place is always spotless and the staff is always friendly. Their butter burgers are fantastic and so are their chicken strips. They also have several seafood options and even pot roast! Their cheese curds and other sides are different than the standard fries you get everywhere else, although they do have those too! I personally think their coleslaw is the best I have found in ANY restaurant. You can also use the handy QR codes at your table to order if you want to skip the line.
Make sure to save room for their awesome frozen custard! We also like to take home a pint or two from their freezer case up front for a treat later!

Lied about being able use coupons and then got poor service and refused me my receipt to get my reward points. I’ll n ver return top the one on McGalliard road in Muncie. If you one good food and service the one on scatterfield rd in Anderson is the best but was closed because of Christmas so we tried different one NEVER AGAIN!!

First time in the Muncie store. Ordered the crispy chicken to try out and a milkshake. Got home and the milkshake was good. The sandwich looked great nice piece of chicken thick. But instead of crispy they gave me the spicy chicken and one bit way to spicy for me to eat and had to throw away. Probably they just grabbed the wrong sandwich but living in the Southside and not a great experience.

2) The food is nowhere near worth the cost. High cost burgers barely come with anything.
3) Weird waiting system that can sandwich cars in after ordering.
4) This location has an unusually high propensity to forget items from your order. The amount of times I’ve tiredly driven home and realized they forgot an item, that is USUALLY at least 1/4th of the cost, is way too often.
Just disappointing in every sense. I visit once every 3 months but even that seems to be too often with the tom foolery I keep encountering.

Second time trying Culver’s and I’m disappointed x2 I ordered a Butter burger combo no cheese, add mayo,mustard,regular onion, and tomato. First, the burger had cheese on it, and my question is where’s the butter?? My bun was dry, didn’t taste any mustard or mayo, one small piece of tomato and 3 little onion circles. I’m just disappointed, wow.

This was my first time eating at Culvers. The food was great,. Loved the butter burger! This particular store could have been a little cleaner but it was lunch time and they were very busy. The condiments area was almost completely empty and they seemed a little short staffed. That being said, those who were there were friendly and helpful in getting what we needed. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for lunch or otherwise.
