Just some amazing advice to anybody who’s gonna come order for takeout the manager that was working today, Saturday march 7, 3:13 pm Is very what’s the word I’m trying to look for rude, Inconsiderate, Not accommodating, I ordered two meals totaling a total of $60 and I decided to order extra breadsticks which totaled another five dollars. I proceeded to ask for Extra Italian dressing so I could have them with my breadstick so I could dip them in it and for my salad, I believe the total number was five of them. And she was like oh I only can give you two but if you want, You can buy a bottle instead we don’t give out the Italian dressings. And then I proceeded to explain to her while I dipped my thread sticks that I just paid for separately in the Italian dressing and she’s like well that’s not how we do things and I said OK well do you have like a Personal steak in the Italian dressing? Do you make commission off of it? Like what is the reason the barrier behind not just giving out some Italian dressing to a customer who enjoys the food here I could understand if I was asking for an egregious amount, but I paid for quite a bit of food that would be requiring a decent amount of Italian dressing and I don’t think five of them is out of the realm. If other people have a different opinion on that OK. Ultimately a negative review and I won’t be coming back to this location because there are other locations in Connecticut that you know understand a happy customer for just five Italian dressings isn’t worth not having a customer come back to the location. I’m not trying to sound like entitled or anything like that, but you know how hard is it to give a simple request like dressings to Somebody? It’s not like she literally paid for the Italian dressings. I understand companies need to make money and that’s why they sell products but at the same time it’s just ridiculous on how protective of these Italian dressings this lady was it’s like she literally makes a commission off of it and she can’t get rid of a couple of Italian dressings. This world is literally come to a point of where it’s pay pay pay pay pay. If I worked at a place like that, and I do work with customers and consumers, if I see something like that, I would just give it to a person you know in the long run you know it’s not really that much. I won’t be coming back to the Enfield location

So let just start by saying this was hands down the best experience Ive ever had at this location. Everything about our visit was amazing from walking in the door to the exit. Food was good but that’s not what stood out to me it was our server Ronnie who we absolutely adored honestly. His energy was an absolute joy and vibe. I was pretty impressed with the entire crew that was working tonight. It was nice to see a younger group of adults running the place at a five start level. Great to you all and thank you again for the opportunity to be ourselves and enjoy our girls night dinner ☺️ Lala and Heidi

The service was slow requested the lemons for my water. I only got 2 little slices. When I requested a Volt, we bought the chicken shrimp, carbonada. Uh, that was no sauce that was about a 1/2 a cup of oil on the spaghetti chicken. It’s supposed to be a sauce. We ended up not paying it was not A Quick experience as it used to be Olive Garden. Here’s things today. It’s not true. The way it used to be button, we ended up not paying anything. They waved on all the feeds, not happy with that Olive Garden. We won’t visit anyone olive garden again

Everything about my visit this afternoon was just about perfect. My Server, Lauren, was flawless. The food was very good. The all you can eat salad and garlic bread sticks are awesome. I got the lunch special Angel Hair Pasta with meat sauce and 2 meatballs was very good, Lauren also brought a little extra meat sauce on the side, “just in case” total cost? $11.00, Merry Christmas to me.

We hadn’t been to OG in about 30 years. Great staff. Elijah, our waitress was awesome. I observed All the servers helped one another. The only thing we noticed a difference in taste was the bread sticks. For some reason they were very dry, when we recalled they used to be very buttery. Service was fast, correct, and food was piping !

green apple sangria was absolutely delicious!! i love the salad.. oh you should also ask for a large side of Alfredo sauce, for your bread sticks. you will not be disappointed! the sirloin steak with Alfredo is also amazing.
