We have dined at Lime and Lemon several times, but this particular visit deserves mentioning. Yes it was Christmas day, but without question, it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in many years. To begin, we were greeted by four hosts welcoming us to the restaurant. Then the magic really began. Our server, Anand, remembered us and our spice preferences, offering suggestions from drinks to food. We started with a Christmas margarita that smelled and looked like Christmas, in a totally good way. We also had a mocktail with lemonade, pomegranate and lime. Both sublime. While we debated entries, Anand suggested the combo platters, one vegetarian, another chicken. I won’t bore you much more, except to say each dish was a delight. Did I mention, one of us was gluten-free and Anand knew this and made sure the food was prepared correctly. Over the top food, drink and service. Give yourself a treat and try Lime and Lemon. You deserve it.

This was my second time visiting Lime & Lemon in Durham. I loved the food and atmosphere on my first visit, so I brought my friends along on Friday—and once again, it was a great experience. The host was friendly, sweet, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our server, Morris, took excellent care of us, staying attentive and polite throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and the service from the entire team made the visit even better. We will Visit again & again .
