There are few places I know where the bartender or server and I know eachothers faces without the names. But the order always comes out fresh, hot, right, and ready. The wife and I have been coming here for years, and we’ll always return for service. It’s an Aurora staple, to say the least, and whatever you fancy, the menu will likely serve. And you too may become one that’s remembered without out the name, but the order will always be right. We love the place and we’ll see you again soon The Rock!!

This used to be one of our family favorite restaurants to go to. The food usually is amazing, past couple times we’ve gone we have all been disappointed. After spending over a hundred dollars on a bill, it’s pretty obvious that we should not go back. One thing that stood out to me was I wanted no tomatoes on my salad.I ended up with just lettuce in a warm bowl.

2025 update – this place is still amazing! We’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Service is fast and friendly. The food is so good and affordable for 2025. I always get a burger or a burrito but decided to try their wings today. OMG they were so juicy and HUGE! We got (24) wings to feed the entire family for less than $30. Not to mention, my order was ready in 15 mins! Don’t forget to add a basket of their mouth watering fries to your order!

Went for dinner. Told that the porch was full, yet there was empty tables and people who got there just after us were seated there. Sat for 20 min without anyone saying anything or looking in our direction. After our server took the order of the people who sat next to us, 10 min after we sat down, and then bused another table without so much of a glance, we just got up and left. The menu looked good but the atmosphere was bland and noisy. Nice views for sure.

I’m not sure how hard it SHOULD be to get a carry out order correct. They are an absolute train wreck and with not a TINY bit of acknowledgement of it. I get it, they employ mostly kids but good lord… the food isn’t worth the hassle.

I have been eating/drinking at ‘The Rock’ for over 20 years! Nice to have a family owned and operated restaurant/bar that has been around a long time – that tells you a lot!
Went for breakfast with a few friends, our waiter was very friendly and attentive.

I got the fish sandwich. I always appreciate when a place has fish options in this area! Prices were perfect. Not that many waffles fries with my sandwich, that is probably my only complaint. Service was timely. Guacamole was yummy and salsa was decent too.

Had such a great time. The food options are vast and the quality is delicious. The staff is for sure the best in town. Multiple people checked in us, each time they passed, they were there for us. The cups were never left dry, and the friendly neighborhood feel is unmatched. We will definitely go back, kids are welcome and the music was even on par.

Tried stopping in to have a quick drink with the wife and the bartender had a horrible attitude and refused to serve us after giving a simple drink order and waiting over 15min to even be treated. Might not return, sad this use to be a nice restaurant with nice employees…not our experience this time. Hopefully management can talk to these employees with poor attitudes toward simply doing their job.
