This is the best location in town and Shantera I believe was her name was amazing. She was attentive, friendly and super professional. This young lady deserves a raise! I had put in a pick up order instead of a curbside order but needed to stay in the car and she was so kind to bring our food out. And the food was perfect as well today. 12/10!! And Shantera was really super duper hospitable!

Ended up here after this happened at Burger King…..
(2/16/26 @ 6pm-ish) Ordered at the kiosk and as soon as I paid; the man behind the counter yells, “We don’t have sundaes; no sundaes!” He doesn’t call out my name or order-number to speak to me directly. Btw—Can’t they “lock” an item if it’s temporarily out??? I go over to the counter and politely ask to cancel my order. From here; I don’t know what happened…. As he attended to two other drive-thru orders (understandably), but I had to confirm TWICE if he cancelled my order. In my 10 min wait; I noticed the employee had a serious amount of dirt under his fingernails. I don’t know if he’s a mechanic by day and then works at Burger King at night or maybe just worked on his car before he came to work, but it was very noticeable (I don’t usually notice these things). He also had a white (maybe a white grease-pencil?) mark going from his left temple to his right temple outlining his hair-line across his forehead. I apologize if that’s a medical condition but what is that? It just didn’t seem appropriate for work and it was distracting, but maybe that’s just on me/my ignorance? When he finally canceled my order, and I tapped my card for my refund; the receipt printed out, he lifted it up and said, “$18.03, back on your card” and kept my receipt. He didn’t offer it to me; he wrapped it around in a circular motion and threw out both copies!?!? The whole time, there was never a “Welcome to Burger King” never a smile at any point in time, thank-you or an apology for not having a menu item. I gave him 100 X’s better customer service than I received by apologizing for being a bother (to which he said, “ I did tell you last-minute we were out sundaes”— Again, that item probably should’ve been “locked” and “last-minute” in my opinion, would’ve been before I paid for it) but I thanked him profusely for (finally) canceling my order. I left there asking myself why did I even bother walking over there from my hotel when Chick-fil-A was right next-door. This was my first “food/customer experience” of my first visit, ever, to Nashville!!! BUT…. I ended up going to Chick-fil-A and my experience was the total opposite! So I’d actually like to thank you, Burger King, because if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t have had a great dinner/customer experience with Chick-fil-A!!! *If there’s anyone at Burger King that cares at all; somebody please tell the CEO and/or “The King” that Chick-fil-A is whooping your *$$!!!

Horrible service . I ordered Chick-fil-A delivery and after an hour and 30 mins of waiting I called the store to check up on my order. I spoke with summer and she let me know there’s so drivers available and she can’t give me a time when the order will be delivered. I don’t understand why offer delivery when you can’t fulfill that service or why I wasn’t contacted sooner on why the order was delayed . I felt like the entire conversation with summer was very passive and as if the service and delayed food was okay I would not order from this location again

I’m seeing a lot of mixed reviews but I have been here several times & today proved the great service this Chick-fil-A provides. I waited quite a while for my food, which led me to go ask for my order and the team refunded my order along with slipping in a large fry/cookie. That’s a solid way to make up for the long wait. Service was terrible for lunch today i cam in during lunch as usual and this time the thin lady with a bad attitude name Laney is what i was told.. she needs to be coached on her management skills… seems like the service is good when she’s not up front but every time i go in and see her there it’s like the service is terrible and when she hands out food with a fake smile and not friendly at all… and this evening her breath smelled so bad when she said my pleasure i wanted to ask for a refund but my fries was fresh even though she did not give me napkins nor sauce for my nuggets witch happens every time i go in this establishment and she’s on the floor…. Please i hate to come off harsh but coach her on hygiene it’s bad.

Spent $50 on dinner for my family of 5. Took about 20 minutes after ordering to get it. Food was cold, only one of 3 ice creams was given, no straws, no spoons, and I was given ice coffee instead of the normal coffee that I ordered.
Girl that brought the food was really polite but other than that… definitely won’t be coming here again.

What’s the point of a delivery section in app if you refuse to fulfill the orders? It’s such an inconvenience – just have it removed and let DoorDash do the job. To wait 2 hrs and have to cancel just to order DoorDash and wait an additional 30-40 minutes is very very frustrating. The arrival time kept increasing. I called to confirm that my order would be completed and received no guarantee but another quote of 15-30 minutes despite already having waited hours. Very unacceptable.

Management needs to enforce parking for mobile curbside is ONLY for mobile curbside. Too many people park their cars in valuable spots during lunchtime and walk inside to get food when there’s a line sitting in the street waiting for a parking spot that now is not being utilized

May 15th 2024 I purchased breakfast at this location. $19.35 was my total amount, when I received my food my order was very greasy and wasn’t appetizing. I called customer care and they assured me that the store would reach out…. Needless to say May 31st and still not even a call to offer an apology for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this location, prices are too high to deliver subpar quality and service.

I love this location! They make the best Sweet Tea. The employees are always professional, polite, and working hard to get orders out fast. Food is always accurate and on point. I highly recommend this location, there is no drive through, you can only order on the app or go inside.
