Delicious. Id say about as good as bowl izkaya in Loveland. The vibe more fun and open here (if you’re not sitting near the entrance). Busy but we were able to be seated in less than 10 mins. They have a sign in system so that’s a good thing to look for when you enter and there is a wait. The edamame was slightly undercooked so that was our only meh moment there.

This Japanese ramen shop is an absolute gem! The service is incredibly warm and attentive—staff greet you with genuine smiles, check on you just the right amount, and serve the food promptly without making you wait. The ramen itself is a masterpiece: the broth is rich, flavorful, and simmered to perfection, the noodles are springy and chewy, and the toppings are fresh and generous. A must-visit for any ramen lover!

10 out of 10 will eat here again! This was the best meal I have ever had and it was my first time eating ramen! Everything was cooked to perfection and I can’t wait to come back for more

Everything was amazing. Spicy chicken ramen was the best I’ve ever had – the spicy salmon role, even the miso soup was next level. We will be back!

I used to really like this ramen spot, however, I recently ordered 2 bowls of ramen through DoorDash and received completely different bowls than what I ordered. We paid a substantial amount extra for a variety of modifications to make each bowl the way we like it, and the restaurant couldn’t be bothered to give me a refund. The meat, vegetables, and included ingredients were completely wrong. The order was over $50 and it was a massive waste as we ended up discarding the bowls due to the fact that we don’t eat red meat. We paid around $15-20 extra to replace the meat with the fried chicken, neither of which substitution was honored. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

Definitely a wonderful find for a Japanese restaurant. We were driving through Ft Collins on the way to Idaho and stayed in the area overnight we were looking for a good Asian restaurant. Oh boy, did we find it! The restaurant boasts a large interior with many Japanese & Japanime design elements. It feels very minimalist meets cozy. The menu has all the standard Japanese staples one would expect to find and some fusion options that weren’t expected but very glad they offered – think xiaolong bao (chinese soup dumplings) or shrimp shumai (Cantonese egg wrapper shrimp dumplings). We ordered the xiaolong bao and were pleased with the taste of the dumplings (4 per order) and dipping sauce. We also ordered tonkotsu (regular comes with bamboo) ramen made spicy and the spicy tonkotsu (no bamboo but comes with mushroom) ramen. The flavor was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The pork chashu was thankfully on the more lean side – which was a nice finish… sometimes there’s WAY too much fat – not so here. Our teas were refilled without having to be empty or having to ask for them. Very nice service but he staff. The food came out in a pretty timely manner. The only negative thing was the kitchen ventilation wasn’t super great so we left the restaurant smelling very strongly of smokey Asian food… which is a bit of a bummer when that leads to your hotel room smelling of smokey Asian food for the rest of the stay. I’d definitely come back, even with the less than great kitchen ventilation.

Went here for our anniversary. First-time customers. Servers are very attentive (almost too attentive at times, but ok). Our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. We were just gonna get a couple of sushi rolls, but the wife wanted Ramen and wanted to try the pork buns. So we got all. Would have been ok with the 2 sushi rolls. We really liked the Kujira roll. The beef brisket in the ramen was ok. Everything was great though and we left very full but very satisfied. Will definitely go back again

Very solid 4 stars, and could easily improve to 5.
Been here twice as of this review and am likely to return. The family really likes the ramen here, and that makes it worth it alone. The sushi is good too.
Prices were not cheap, but reasonable overall for the quality. As of 2024, expect to pay (before tips) between $15 – $20 per person for ramen and a drink, and $20-$30 per person for other items and you’ll be fine.
Overall impressed, especially with the ramen, but there’s room for some improvements (ie; the pork buns are small and were a bit doughy on our first visit), Other than that, I’m content with the quality, portions and prices as a whole. Service was good overall, except for one server who seemed bothered to be there on our second visit. Despite the apparent discontent, she still worked. I may very well add a star if the minor issues seem improved on future visits.

I can’t say enough about how lovely this restaurant is- don’t hesitate to go and enjoy their food and impeccable service. We tried the gyoza, shumai, shoyu, and tonkatsu. The spicy tonkatsu was very manageable for the spice-lover- the mild shoyu brought our friend to her limit with respect to spice. The service was absolutely lovely, kind, and quick. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is dimly lit and cozy, the service was friendly and accommodating, and the ramen was the star of the show. I had the seafood ramen with vegan miso broth and it was exceptional. Easily one of the best broths I’ve ever had.
