This was a fast, good place to eat. A long time ago!!! .. food went down they serve what has been under a heat lamp not hot fries they are the bottom of the basket that should have been tossed out. Service lol!! you are good as long as you don’t talk to them. Y’all have lost the charm you had. Go find a place where they still care and cook fresh!!!

I get food from this location quite often and i usually dont have an issue but as of recently every single time I do its incorrect, stale and/or cold. I used the mobile app as I usually do, got 2 mcdoubles, medium fry and a dr pepper. Dr pepper was 3/4ths the way full, fries were cold and getting stale, I would be okay with letting those two things slide if my burgers wernt so abhorently wrong. I get 2 simple mcdoubles, only ketchup, pickles and cheese. But what I actually got today, was a mcdouble with cheese and mustard, and then a mcdouble with Mac sauce and onions. Not even a single topping besides the cheese was correct. On top of that they were barely warm and the buns were hard and torn down the middle. I half expected to open it and see that someone had spit in them too just to add to how poorly they were made. This is the worst its been but this is just one of many recent times I’ve gone here recently and not gotten what I ordered. It sucks that this is the closest location to me because I will not be ordering from it ever again.

Took the team here 15 minutes to fix a simple mistake. The employees are not empowered to resolve problems and then make many errors. And I received anger and questioning in response to resolving a $2 mistake. Service philosophy at Starbucks is much better.

Out of the many local to me locations this one is my favorite. They have busy days where they are slow but I NEVER wait more than 5min. The staff are a little slow getting to the register due to the kiosk ordering but they have always been polite ☺️

Drive thru order, our entire $40 order was wrong and disgusting. All 3 McDoubles smashed flat with no pickles no onions. Kids plain hamburger looks like it was dropped on the ground, the patty was in pieces. Sundaes were melted like they had been sitting there and the tray they gave us was wet so the ice creams were falling through the tray. No condiments with the happy meal or 20 piece McNuggets. I called and spoke to the “manager” and she won’t process a refund unless I return, which I was already home by the time I saw how gross everything was.
Absolutely disgusting food, terrible customer service from the manager, I will never return to this location. Great job

I’m not the one to usually complain but this made me upset. It’s not even filled up all the way and when I told the employee about it she responded with “I don’t know, I didn’t make it” and closed the window on me. (Plus our coke was very watered down)
