Every time I go here and try to order the full Caesar salad, they always give me the side one! And despite it being a bottomless side salad, do you know what happens after? They never come back to the table to offer to refill it. Seriously. They actively avoid the table after. So I pay 7.30 for a tiny 390 calorie salad that should be bottomless— actually, it’s not, because then the servers avoid you as much as they can. Oooook.
Otherwise the food is good, atmosphere is nice, they at least refill the bottomless fries a couple of times. Never the side salad, though.

Let’s start with the things that were good.
1. The food tasted like it should, tasty too. See photo.
2. Atmosphere. The restaurant was a good temperature and had a great Red Robin feel. My children enjoyed all the things to look at.
3. Our waitress, who was tasked with covering us as an extra table, handled the added stress and problems with a good spirit and attempts to be kind.
Now the bad.
1. We were sat in a section with no waiter, because they were out on a delivery. Evidence of a lack of organization.
2. My food wasn’t as I asked it to be prepared. I asked for well done and ot was not. My wife’s southwest salad had no tomatoes or cheese, and so few tortilla strips we thought there weren’t any. We were told the chef was new. We did get replacement bits for the salad, though.
Overall, a mid level experience.

Let’s start saying this is my second visit here. To be fair I didn’t review it in my first visit cause anyone can have a bad day. When you get to the hosting area you can see several tables empty but they make you wait 10 – 20 min to be seated for no.reason. when you finally get to your table the cushions on the seats are gone .. you literally can feel the wood. Some of them are completely ripped. Can’t believe they keep setting customers in those tables. Then it takes forever for the waiters to go to your table .. I ordered the onion rings tower. Way overcooked and drowned in oil. I ordered a coke 0 and I finished … I waited like 25 minutes with my glass empty until I finally got a refill.. the food … Forget it .. it took like half an hour more. So from your arrival to be able to eat .when you get the food is cold … How? .. You are going to wait from hour an a half to 2 hours in Monday to eat a burger…. I’m done with this place. Owners should be ashamed.

DO NOT GET the chicken ensenada!!! This is what u get and the waitress and manager were rude about it!! The manager didn’t care at all!!! This is why I don’t go to RED ROBIN anymore. Gave it another chance but waited over 40min and server came only 1 time to get order, 1 time to bring drinks, and 1 time to bring food and the food was a disgrace!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK!! When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated with many tables open and no wait line. Took us over 20minutes to et our drinks. Food came no napkins or cutlery, WHY. One dish was wrong hamburger. Ribs came with no wipes. Ordered second drink that never came. They only had one (1) bartender for the whole place. Very poor customer service. Had to speak to manager to inform him. Hope he can do something about this.

Last night, my family and I dined at Red Robin, and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
We ordered burgers along with bottomless fries, which is something Red Robin is well known for. However, when we asked our waitress for an additional serving of fries, we were told that our food was “almost up” and she refused to bring us more. This response was both confusing and frustrating, especially since bottomless fries are supposed to be part of the meal and not dependent on how close we are to finishing.
On top of that, the service was extremely slow from start to finish. We waited a long time for our food, and it felt like our table was repeatedly overlooked. When we did interact with our server, the attitude came across as dismissive and disrespectful, which made the situation even worse.
We understand that restaurants can get busy and that staff may have challenging nights, but basic courtesy, reasonable service times, and honoring what customers order should be expected. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below the standard we’ve experienced at Red Robin in the past.
This was meant to be a simple family dinner, but it ended up being a very disappointing experience overall.

Tokyo was destroyed, and in its wake, Neo-Tokyo was born. If you draw a direct parallel between my exhaustive and endless experience at Red Robin tonight just trying to get dinner with my child and the abuse Akira suffered at the cruel hands of scientists, resulting in a detonation that, to many, appeared to be a nuclear bomb; you’ll understand why around 7:30pm a giant psychic rage sphere appeared over the Holyoke Mall region centering around this terrible chain restaurant.

Server Megen is a rockstar first of all. She introduced us to bottomless fries the sauce is subtly a difference maker. Bacon burger is a favorite go to that they cook and present superbly. Every time we’re there the staff knocks it out of the park. The wait on food is worth it expect to be there an hour door to check. It tends to be crowded and busy but that speaks to the quality. Given the options in the area Red Robin should be your first option for burgers.
