Avoid this location—terrible food quality and even worse management.
I placed a mobile order and received food that was completely burnt and filled with old, wilted vegetables. When I went inside with my receipt to ask for a refund, the experience went from bad to worse.
There were three employees behind the counter who completely ignored a growing line of customers. After waiting for several minutes and watching other frustrated customers walk out, I finally asked to speak to the manager, David.
Instead of fixing the mistake, David claimed “policy” wouldn’t allow him to refund my money for the inedible food they served me. He offered no immediate solution, and I ended up walking out hungry and out of pocket. It is unacceptable to charge a customer for a product you didn’t provide correctly and then refuse a refund.
Save your money and go elsewhere. This location clearly doesn’t care about food safety or customer service.

Straightforward, simple, and fast.
Most white castles I’ve been to usually have incompetent workers, make mistakes, or take forever (10 minutes). This location has great workers who didnt overcomplicate their work and gave straightforward service. The food was quickly made and pretty good for white castle standards.
Atmosphere is a three because its River Grove, everything looks run down in this city.

This place was just remodeled and looks great. Of course the food is always top notch just as the sliders should be. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the new dining area looks perfect. I have come here a few times since they remodeled. Some of the times we go through the drive-thru. We will definitely be back

This white castle got renovated earlier this year and the service is pretty great. Other places seem like they don’t care for there customers but this place is the best white castle in my opinion. I love the sliders with the Dumbledore mustard!

My wife just went through the drive thru. Just got a bunch of cheeseburgers, fries an onion rings. Got pickles and onions on the cheeseburgers and asked if they had the mustard/ketchup packets. They said yes. She asked for some. They said okay. got home, sure enough, no mustard/ketchup packets were in the bag. Oh well! 🙁
