The owners are soooo nice. I forgot the name of the guy with the beard but he was really patient and explained the menu to me. I got a brisket baked potato and i think the original sauce went very well, but he let me try all three. They are also gluten free friendly and have a list on the wall so you know what you can order.

St. Louis Pork Spare Ribs was juicy and flavorful. I had better ones from other establishments but good enough and i truly enjoyed my meal. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. The place is clean. My order was served within a reasonable time. Parking is plenty.

Stopped through in January and was a bit disappointed in my meal. Went for the brisket and turkey with a side of the loaded potatoes. Brisket left a lot to be desired. Couldn’t tell if it was fresh or if it was something that was warmed up. Turkey was fine. Loaded potatoes was passable, not great. I think there are other BBQ spots in the valley that I will hit up on return trips.

Very good food. I recommend the ribs and the Po-Boy shrimp sandwich. Very tasty and tender. The sauces were also delicious. I also recommend the mac & cheese and the banana pudding.
I really liked this place. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I liked the decor with the pigs on the walls, it has a cute touch that’s very in keeping with the food they served. I recommend it for a quick meal. It would have been nice if the menu had larger letters. It would have been easier to read the options, but overall, it’s a very good place to eat. The flavor is awesome.

Catfish Plate I was so nervous to order it cause there was no option to say fried hard or not so hard. The fish fried and seasoned. The hushpuppies and fried okra were delicious. The sauces are good too Haven’t got to 8 oz Mama’s Banana Puddin was very tasty but however it’s more pudding than vanilla wafers. It was a big cup of pudding topped with whipped cream and 5-6 wafers.

Place is a hit or miss! First time there was perfect the brisket was meaty and wings were flavorful!! Second time around the brisket had more fat than meat! Rib tips were hard and chewy difficult to eat!! The sides were very delicious luckily we did enjoy the sides just disappointing and in disbelief that such amount of fat was served and rib tips were too hard to chew! With so much inconsistency I will not be eating here again on my next visit to Las vegas!

The worst meal I’ve gotten in a while. The chicken and Potato were so dry you couldnt eat the skin on either of them. The potato was so hard you could hardly mash it. Very little cheese sauce and bacon was burnt. I couldn’t eat hardly any of it, picked threw them both and threw the rest away. 40$ down the drain.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Rollin Smoke on Grand Canyon & there was no one in line & the person on the cash register was taking a call in order and had the nerve to roll her eyes at me vs smiling and saying I’ll be right with you-it took 15mins for another employee to take my order. I ordered the 2 meat plate & you would think since it took so long to take my order they wouldn’t literally COUNT your serving. I paid $30 for 2 ribs & 3 slices of brisket. The ribs were great the brisket was SUPER dry. I ordered fried okra which was pretty bland. Next time I’ll call in my order for faster & maybe friendlier service cause this place has turned me off just for these reasons. 3/5 for me.

First time customer and first time at this location. I ordered a full rack of St. Louis Style Ribs that exceeded my expectations. The value and pricing is a great margin for todays market as well. When ordering I was asked what sauce I would like. With out any hesitation the gentleman helping me (possibly manager) made sure to give me all of the sauce options on the side as I didn’t want to smother a sauce I have never tasted. All of them were great!!- spicy bbq, sweet bbq, a mustard sauce, and an original.
To be frank, even if I got home and the ribs were dry or not something I liked, the customer service alone would make me go back to try something different. The time he took to go over the menu and food options for a possible one-&-done customer is something that I value. I felt the pride in the establishment and the staff working. Glad this wasn’t the case and the ribs were actually really really good, lol.
I will definitely go back.

The hot links are some of the best I have tasted. These links had little to no gristle in them. I would go here again for just the links. Chopped brisket was similar to other places i have gone, good but not a go out of your way for. Pulled pork was juicy need to add a sauce to flavor it up but was a good meal choice. Blue raspberry lemonade koolaid or grape fanta are a hit if you have a family.
Overall if you’re in the area this place is worth the stop.
