The people who work here are great. The food is great. I’ve never had a bad dining experience. HOWEVER, I have never once come to this location and the woman’s bathroom smelled remotely okay. And no, I’m not talking about bodily function smells, which would make sense in a bathroom. I’m talking about it smells like something died in the pipes. I can’t even describe the smell, it’s just completely awful. How anyone ignores that and pretends it’s fine is beyond me.

Placed an order online. Waited forever at the pick up counter to be handed my food. Didn’t recieve my two drinks. Fries were stiff as cardboard, and pittifly seasoned. Boneless wings were so small. Very disappointing experience.

I took my family out to dinner. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Finally get the food ordered. The server disappears. For 45 minutes my family and I sat there waiting. Finally I said something to another server. Our server comes back after we have been sitting for an HOUR!!!!! She comes over and proceeds to say “Oh you don’t have food. I went on my breaks and thought someone would bring it to you.” Excuse me? That is YOUR job. Not the other servers! She brings us the ICE COLD FOOD that had been sitting that whole time!!! You would think she would try to redeem herself to get a decent tip. I tip based on my service not the amount of the check! She proceeds to treat us like crap. Throws the check on the table and walks away. She got $3!!! I have never in my life been treated so poorly! I was a server for a long time and would never treat a guest like that! I have also never tipped less than 20%. I did that night. Never again! I hope she has the days that she deserves. That was wrong!! The manager comes over and basically whispers to us and walks away. I still to this moment have no clue that he said.

This place was an absolute disaster! Fries came out lukewarm and had to place another order for that. BWW ran out of burgers. The women’s restaurant was terrible. Two toilets were clogged with stool. Just a total nightmare. Our server was patient and kind. Drinks were good

I ordered on line it said the food will be ready at 640 i gotten there a bit earlier and I waited,I was told another 15 minutes, we’ll that came and went!Almost an hour later!! The girl was calling all the doordash orders but not 1 doordasher was there to pick up the food!! I told her she needs to call the ones names that are here and been waiting!! It was ppl in there before me waiting..I don’t think it’s fair they Service all the doordashers first.. the the little bit of wedges! Come on now!

Went in there on Christmas Eve around 2 pm with my family. There was a guy there walking around, he saw us (didn’t greet us) grabbed menus and walked over to a booth and ‘threw’ the menus on the table. I was shocked and thought that can’t be our waiter. He then waived his hands as if he was saying, “hello over here”. Yet he actually said nothing. Then he started pointing to the table. Yea, we walked out at that point. He never said a thing. We live in the area and it’s ashame bc everytime we come here the service is extremely slow and the service slow as well and thus empty more times than not. On a plus side never had an issue with the food always good.

Absolutely terrible food took forever to get to us all the food didnt come at the same time either. When food arrived it was cold so I spoke with the manager who was unprofessional and just rude as well. Service was so bad my kids had to eat the cold fries off our plates because the waitress couldn’t even give us our refills for our drinks. Usually love bww but this spot was absolutely terrible. Do not recommend this for anyone

Didn’t care for this BWW. Our waiter was very nice, got everything right. The cauliflower wings were ok, very little sauce. The boneless wings were overcooked and hard, even for the kids meal. 2 of the 3 bathroom stalls were disgusting!

This is one place I really love to hang out at with my friends. I love the Artisan Spinach flat bread and Parmesan garlic wings. The service is pretty good and staff is friendly. The best part is the atmosphere within. It’s always inviting and full of energy. Would definitely recommend this place. The place is easily accessible too on Pulaski Highway. The place can get a bit crowded on weekends though. We usually go sometime after 8:30 pm so as to avoid the rush.

Let’s start with, never had an issue there before. But this is my last time getting anything from there. First I placed my order online, said it would be ready by a certain time. I got there 8 minutes after that time to allow them extra time just incase they were busy “which they were not”. I walk in front desk couldn’t find my order nor my food. I showed them my order information online. Then the girl goes “it just came through “ and prints out the ticket for it. So I had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. I get back to the truck and no drinks in my bag, her response “I remembered when you were walking out I figured you would come back in” ♀️ I get home with my family to eat. The chicken was so tough and over cooked. It looks like they dumped the whole bottle of Sauce/rub all in my container. My chicken was so covered and drenched it was like they were trying to hide how over done they were. Next my queso “it won’t let me post the video of it” it was so runny it was like water literally you dipped your chip in and it ran right off the chip. It was also spilled all over in my bag. So my husbands Burger box was soaked and the burger was soggy. Don’t recommend this place has went way down hill. I’m not one to leave a review on anything but this upset me so much I had to !!!
