Poor Customer Service.
One employee with headphones watched me walk in and never said a word to me. I waited 4 minutes until another employee saw me standing in line alone (I was the only customer). To the 2nd employee’s credit they immediately greeted me and took my order, but why is Customer Service dying? Why don’t we treat customers like they are actually valuable and cared for?

While I absolutely love Mod Pizza, this location really needs to work on customer service skills. I went to pick up an order that was purchased for me. I asked for a receipt and the manager was unwilling to help at first. I asked for a bag and again was met with unwillingness to help. Another employee did step up to help and even offered to help me get the order to my vehicle and drink carriers which was very refreshing but then told me to calm down whilst I didn’t feel upset in that moment bc he was helping me.I felt thankful but then understood it was a bit condescending in sprirt. It was a strange encounter indeed. I probably won’t be ordering from this location again. I am grateful for the young man that helped when the manager lady didnt feel the urge to. I wanted to point out appreciation for the assistance however. I tried to call but wasnt able to get through to speak to anyone to share my concerns and gratitude. I hope the manager lady is able to accept this as constructive in order to make the machine run more smoothly, so to speak. We are nothing without the customers. I work in customer service and may have higher than normal standards but also do not want to make excuses for them.

Excellent service. Dolce did an amazing job going over the menu and explaining their unlimited options. I came in for a salad and left with a cauliflower crust pizza because I informed about their healthy options. The pizzas was delicious and nice to know the low calories. (100) There is plenty of space both inside and outside and a nice place to eat in the Berewick community.

I was about to give a 5 star review because 2 out of the employees were top tier. Right as I was about to give a raving review the female failed to keep exceptional service. I must say the employees that are working with the customers are doing a great job. I don’t know what happened when it was my turn to put my pizzas in the oven she slipped up. All in all they did an amazing job. I want to recognize Andy by name as he provided the best service of them all. Maya did good job as well.

The two stars is for the pizza and the other missing three stars are for terrible customer service. Interacted with two employees who wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge us while they helped us. Literally whole vibe was off and made us feel like it was an inconvenience to help us.

The Barewick MOD Pizza location in Charlotte is absolutely fantastic. Every single visit has been a 5-star experience, hands down. The line moves incredibly fast, and the staff is always energetic and friendly, making the customization process super easy. My pizza was cooked perfectly—crispy crust, melted cheese, and all the toppings I wanted (and I load them up!). If you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and fully personalized pizza fix, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Ordered pizza through delivery, ask for chopped garlic as a topping, instead I received a pizza drowned in garlic. You can’t taste anything other than garlic because it looks like someone dumped an entire pan of garlic on the pizza. It’s underneath the cheese and under all toppings, all over the crust, there’s more garlic than there is pizza sauce or dough.

Mod Pizza makes a great pie. I love the thin(ner) crust because it allows for a crispy, crunchy bite and a little charred flavor.
Lots of great flavor, toppings and ingredients. I like the predetermined pies or “build your own” options, but the down side is the predetermined are all amazing, and on the flip side, build your own is exactly what you want.
A great big open, well lite dining room with bar height tables, traditional tables. Very clean, organized and comfortable. Was able to relax and enjoy company and the food.
Staff was really nice and focused on customer service.

Staff was not friendly at all. Not a single person greeted me when I walked in, and I stood around for about five minutes before anyone even spoke. My order had just been sitting there getting cold. The only thing the team member said was “Name?” before handing me the pizza — no greeting, no thank you. I said thank you and got no response. The pizza itself was not worth the price — the quality and taste were comparable to (if not worse than) dough from the grocery store.
